Capacity Sports reviews
13 Where do I start Capacity Sports have gone above and beyond with everything I needed with my kayak.
Phenomenal service by Natalie and Diana. Wide range of kayaks. Highly recommend them with any of your kayaking needs.
I got everything from here from Railblaza to Berley Pro products and anything kayak related, cheaper and quicker than most online and big retailers with exceptional quality.
I can't speak highly enough for Natalie's and Diana's service honestly a great family owned business and the time and effort they put into assisting you with anything you need.
Anyone leaving a bad review about the customer service you have to put into account its a small family business and they are quite busy all the time leave a message and I'm sure they will get back to you.
Big shout out to the fabulous crew at Capacity Sports. They paid attention to my needs, they provided education and they provided knowledge from their deep experience of kayaks. I thoroughly recommend them for professional advice if you are new (like I am) to the kayaking fishing scene.
Thank you Gul and Natalie
Very good variety of useful equipment and accessories for the kayak enthusiast.
Also picked up another kayak for the wife while I was there. MADE IN CANADA beautiful little craft for the wife very stable and surprisingly not expensive.
Adrian likes it as well
Very helpful got the parts we needed in very quick time (received them yesterday) thanks again for your help
Fantastic service. Brilliant kayaks and range. Highly recommend.
Ended up getting everything from here, cheaper and quicker than most online and big retailers with great quality.
They also deal direct with suppliers for roof racks so saved a bunch there too.
Very good service, price and variety of options, they even teach you the basics if you are a first timer like I was. They let you hire kayak canoes etc for takeaway and also let you hire the rooftop racks according to the car you have.
Fantastic service, they went above and beyond to help us. I'd highly recommend Capacity sports.
Very pleased with my purchase. Exception range in kayaks and all the gear. Good value. Helpful staff.
Capacity Sports is full of high quality kayaks, canoes and water sports vessels and equipment. The range is vast and the quality extremely high. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions with high detail and understanding. I would highly recommend Capacity Sports to all!
Very friendly staff, with a great knowledge of their products, also have a great range of kayaks.
Excellent service, advice and products. I recently bought a Native Titan 10.5 and some odd gear. The service was spectacular from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys as they know their products, they actually like helping people and they are super efficient!
So, if you are looking for great service, products and price then give Capacity Sports a visit!
Great place if you love kayaking, service is excellent and they always do their very best to help.
I actually hired number of times some of their touring kayaks and gear. This is when they had their store on Bay rd. Eventually I ended buying a kayak from them that suited my needs as well as most of my gear. Later when I came back to buy additional gear for my upcoming tour I later had to return it because it did not suit me - staff ar the time gave me a wrong product (happy to sell quickly without much understanding what I needed).
As a loyal customer some of the gear was exchanged and I had to pay extra because of the difference in price. Every time I go there I feel like a kid in a lolly shop but this feeling unfortunately turned sour for me. When I was enquiring about how to accessorise my kayak, one of the owners or manager asked me what type of kayak I bought from them. When I told her the type, she told me that she couldn't help me much with the price or discounts for other products and I was basically in an aggressive voice told to move on and felt kicked out of the shop. So much for treating a loyal customer who bought most of what he needed (over time over $2k) but the owners realised there is not much to earn from me anymore and they felt it was fine to treat me the way they did.
Unfortunately I will not be going back there again. Let this be a warning to other customers too!
