We have had the privilege of visiting both Canturi Brisbane and Canturi Melbourne. The jewelry is a work of art and my wife loves her new ring. Adding to our exceptional experience is the impeccable service at both stores. My only regret is not shopping here sooner! Thank you to the amazing team, can't wait to return for our next purchase.

What a wonderful experience I've had with Canturi in Melbourne. I was after a significant piece to reflect my life experience.
After multiple visits with Anna assisting me with different designs and options, whilst being so patient and caring but not at all pressuring, she presented me with the perfect ring.
Both Anna and my wife said my eyes lit up when she showed me the ring.

Each time we went to Canturi we were treated so well, like we were visiting a friend and were part of the family.
I'm not really into jewellery, and so being taken on this adventure with Anna was so exciting, informative and most of all caring.
I felt so special and can't thank Anna and her beautiful staff for their multiple warm welcomes and continued friendly and personalised service.

People who want to feel special about their jewellery will really appreciate the Melbourne Canturi experience and will not be disappointed.

Bought a stunning single Halo Engagement ring here in 2015. The design is timeless and the craftsmanship is world class. In 2017 I purchased a Platinum wedding band (It weighs a tonne and oozes quality) and a matching ring for my wife. We received zero discounts on our purchases but it's definitely worth the money imo. My cousin and his wife also became customers after further research upon my recommendations. They too are happy clients who haven't left a review. If I wasn't working for a rival Australian Luxury Jeweler I would purchase from them again.

Highly disappointed with the service and treatment we have received. Even after 10 years plus of being clients, we were treated poorly.
I have replaced and paid for broken baguette diamonds in my Canturi cubism wedding band and engagement ring a number of times. I also have a cubism eternity ring which was purchased not long ago. When receiving the new eternity ring there was a noticeable difference in how the diamonds were set and the thickness of the band.
Canturi refused to pay for the replacement of the broken diamond on my wedding band. I have paid all other times. Although on seeing the difference in quality I refused to pay this time.
The manager was unwilling to help and kept refusing fault. These rings are everyday rings but I was told by Canturi that these diamonds are prone to breaking/cracking. This is not something that is discussed when purchasing. I had also spoken to the Diamond Association and other jewellers as well as VCAT. This product is not fit for purpose.
I have bought multiple pieces from Canturi and I will never buy again based on this experience. It seems you only get VIP treatment if you are a celebrity.

Many thanks to carmella and Anna for a wonderful experience in store in purchasing my gorgeous diamond earrings that i will treasure for a long time and pass on to family in the future. They made me fell completely comfortable in store and followed up my every request until the perfect result was achieved. Well done to ladies. Will definitely look towards future purchases at canturi. To top it off i loved the Moët champagne when i picked up my purchase, it felt extra special.

I love my Canturi jewellery pieces. My wedding band and my most recent addition, the Regina Black Diamond ring is divine. The service at Canturi Melbourne is exceptional.

Love the jewellery but not the service. I took m my wife's ring in for a clean and they made me feel that I stole it. The stuff is not that exclusive

During Covid-19 pandemic, I have organised my wedding band with Canturi. The moment I enquired about my wedding band, I was looked after by Rachel so I was able to pick my perfect ring. The most impressive part was that she actually dropped it off at my door once it’s ready! I cannot express further how grateful I was! Thank you so much, Rachel! Your assistance was superb! They have the best creations/selections and staff that will go out of their way to order something in for you from another store interstate to try on regardless of a sale. Eleni is so friendly and knowledgeable.
