Bronwyn is very attentive and understanding and helped us make decisions for the service and also offered suggestions and advice from her years of experience from what to expect and also what things we need to consider afterwards going forward in life without our loved ones. Sadly, we had to organize a funeral for our mother who passed away in November. Unlike birthday parties which happen yearly, it is the one event that you don't get to rehearse. The entire process would have been quite overwhelming if it wasn't for Bronwyn at Candlepines. She made the entire process seem effortless, as well as organizing everything for us to ensure my mother had a lovely service. We highly recommend Bronwyn & Phillip!

We contacted Candlepines to arrange for a pre paid funeral both Phillip and Bronwyn we very helpful in advising us of all packages and options and costs that were available. Arranging the funeral in advance was an excellent option for us. When it was time for the funeral arrangements we had a meeting with Bronwyn she was so kind considerate and sympathetic. Bronwyn arranged for the memorial cards the flowers and pointed us in the right direction to arrange the photo gallery and music that we had chosen. It was a beautiful service and everything we had asked for was provided on the day.
I would highly recommend Candlepines for a funeral service their professional approach and attention to detail was outstanding.
I cannot thank Bronwyn enough for the sympathy and kindness she showed to me in all my dealings with her and the help she has offered me weeks after the funeral

Extremely grateful and impressed with both Bronwyn and Phillip's compassion and patience. They treated us like family and my children and I will always be grateful. Bronwyn, Phillip and their son James are absolutely wonderful caring people and are perfectionists at their jobs. If you ever need funeral directors who care more about your passed loved one than money Candlepines is definitely the place to pick. All I wanted for my dear mum was for her to have the best send off and I couldn't of done it without Bronwyn and her team. I even made drastic changes last minute but nothing was impossible for them to change because their goal is for you to achieve everything you want for your loved ones funeral.
