I absolutely love their pieces of chicken. Pity we don't have this franchise in Mount Gambier or South Australia even lol the chicken is better than KFC definitely suggest to get the pieces of chicken oh and their chips are great too definitely delicious

Really bad food, and staff who don't care. Not packing hot chicken with cold salad on top would be basic food safety. Gravy was watery and they couldn't care less.

Absolutely love this business, great cheap meals with better meal options than the bigger fast food chains. Always quick and friendly service as well so an easy stop by on a long drive.

I had beef schnitzel, chips and gravy. The beef was over cooked and the gravy was gluggy. My aunt had chicken, potatoes, peas and gravy and it was horrible. Chicken undercooked and gravy gluggy. Not happy!

The chips peas and gravy are always a must! Even the chips by themselves are delicious some of the best in town!

Best deep fried chicken around and steam fried $24.99 for 21 peaces are you kidding! Better then KFC.

I the other joint with the bucket was bad at putting too much salt on the food, this place beats it all u can taste is salt and a bad tasting one at that.

Hamilton icon! It looks basic and dated but you can’t beat it. Always good food, friendly service and a good price. I make a point of popping in whenever I come back from Melbourne, that’s how good it is.

This is a good place, but they have a consistent habbit of having things on the menu unavailable.things i.e. Fried chicken pieces, chicken wraps or chicken burgers which can be rather annoying.

Makes me feel like I'm a 90s kid, get the cheese chips & gravy.cheese is extra though but worth it

Worlds worst customer service, never will I buy again from Hamilton Canadian Rooster. Horrible chips undercooked no salt, that's just the start.
Rang to make a complaint was told to bring the chips down immediately for viewing and tasting! The lady then laughed at me on the phone!
I would not at all recommend visiting the store.
The inside appeared very dirty and out of date, clearly employed a low socio-economic staff with no manners and poor appearances.

Great options for chicken.they have a variety of packed meals for everyone.staff are friendly and the shop is clean

Disappointing. Came all the way from Adelaide and was told by friends and family, that this is the best place in Hamilton. Ordered the 1/2 chicken Hawaiian pack. Well.got home, 1/4 chicken, about 25 chip's and 2 pineapple fritters that were falling apart.
Don't you just hate that? On a chilly night look forward to a good feed and the above-mentioned happens. Not happy
