My boss bought a drink over 9 months old and was not offered a refund or apology.
The service is terrible and frankly the regional manager Rob is a disgrace and should be sacked asap. Please do not shop here if you value your peace of mind.

Why does your pricing not show gst? Very dodgy. Campbells is going from bad to worse. Better off going to Costco or accredited to get some decent service.

Online order always says "in stock"
We ordered and paid healthcare products 7 days ago. Attempted to call them 3 times to know when the delivery would be for 7 kilomtre radio.
After 7 days, a call came through to say they have no stock.
Bad bad bad business. Bad staff also.

This staff is very rude.when it was 20minutes left to close，he is very unpolite to the customers and told them only 5 minutes. He did not want the customers to shop.

Perfect for bulk buying.
It's a big warehouse full of products at cheap prices.
There's heaps of variety too.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Great service!

Staff need training in how to deal with customers. Women at the front desk are plain rude and ignorant to deal with, I have had more intellectual conversations with my 2yo.

Its no wonder why Costco are taking over. If your prices are more expensive then at least have friendly customer service to make up for it.

Never coming back here ever again. Try accredited distributors or costco, way better

Not always the cheapest, but you can definitely find bulk items that you need and there's heaps of variety.

You have to have a Business to be able to shop at Campbells. They are not Open for the general public. It is good value and cheaper for most of their products. You do need to know your prices.

Great service the sales person found out my first time and gave me a tour and told me how to find the sales reduced section.now thats service thanks guys
