Campbells reviews
20This was a terrible experience, the service was absolutely awful and the staff has a disrespectful attitude and rude manner toward customers. Definitely will not come back
I visited Preston store yestetday. Alot of shelves were empty but I managed to find substitutes so all went well. The lady at the register was fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was very professional and quick and ver friendly.
Been a member for ages & just checked a price on Bundaberg Lemonade which I buy in bulk
Is way cheaper buying it off the shelf at Woolworths
Wish I hadnt gone to all the trouble of driving to Preston
Check prices first
Local small bulk buying store, everything you need is here, great for small businesses! Friendly staff
Love this place. Has everything you could possibly need for a big kitchen. Ample parking. Nice and helpful people working. Good prices.
Massive range and very friendly staff. Some products are a little expensive compared to supermarket prices.
Our volunteer group had spent over $6000 on food supplies to provide vulnerable peoples through lock down period. Unfortunately their system was faulty and meant I had pick items off the shelf and they were unable to help complete the order. Once the order was paid for the my driver was unable to collect bulk supply as they do it allow drivers to take pellets.
Once order was picked up many items were missing.
The vulnerable peoples in the community were ripped off and Campbell’s national did not follow up on my complaint.
Great place for wholesale and businesses, the display very organised, the staff there very friendly
If you run a small business, then Campbells will become a great friend.
Or if you, like me, love a 20kg sack of Cadbury chocolate, then it could become your worst enemy!
Seriously though, do yourself a favour, and go check out their amazing Huge range of foodstuffs and marvel at the super cheap prices!
Spend hrs there like I do, bring money!
I cannot praise the manager of this store enough. I rang 10mins before closing to check closing time and he stayed open for me, about 15 mins later. Not only that he had a staff member ring me back & ask if she could assist in preparing my items for me, to which I was so appreciative. I arrived and she was waiting at the gate to unlock it.
They really had an impact on my experience because of their willingness & initiative to help me.
They’ve got me for life, for such a small kind gesture.
Certain goods are much cheaper than elsewhere, other goods are more expensive. The service is good and the staff friendly.
We have been very satisfied with the level of service that we have experienced, staff are very friendly and always ready to help.
Friendly people, easy sign up process, and I picked up some great bargains in their EOFY sale. They can also deliver. Will definitely be back!
It's an OK place to buy certain items but it is very run down, scruffy and smelly. I shop there regularly, but I never enjoy the experience. I can never find anything, for one thing. No aisle labels, no map, similar items are split between several locations. And the price labelling is mostly pretty confusing. Hi
Awsome place great staff heaps of produce only thing is its not open to the public which is a shame
Cheapest wholesaler in town, not really. Good range, yes. Delivery fee disclosed before online purchase completed, no. It's around $33 by the way. I suggest you pick up goods yourself if possible, especially if you aren't placing a big order.
Great if you are buying in bulk on certain items. You will want to cross check against supermarkets as things like sugar and flour can be found cheaper at Coles even when you buy 20kg bags. Small items are available but hardly on special. No heating so pretty cold in the winter. Staff can be very helpful as they are few signs to help the average consumer.
Ever wondered where milkbars get their 10 cent lollies? This is where! Buying in bulk is the best way to save money.
Convenience and quite a lot of bargains. Shop there especially when need things in big volume/bulk.
Warehouse supplying products to businesses. Good range of stock. Most prices are low, but some you can fare better with supermarket specials. Opening hours are disappointing, especially on a weekend. They should try to compete better with Costco by increasing their opening hours. Just a thought.
