Campbellfield Charcoal Chicken

I am not sure why their reviews aren’t better. I love this place! My go to for charcoal chicken. The customer service is beyond what I would expect and the staff are very friendly. Food is delicious and always fresh. Thank you!

Got the hot dinner pack and the charcoal pack. We wanted extra gravy and the owners were kind enough to give us extra gravy at no additional charge which was very considerate.

The chicken was really tender and very well cooked, the seafood salad was exceptional as well. All in all, a great experience!

Racist restaurant. Staff not friendly. Rice salty and chicken is old next to this shop is WEStWOK is so much better.

We ordered the 1/4 chicken chips combo and they let you pick whichever cut you like. Staff were friendly. It’s a Standard Charcoal chicken.
Potato cake and dim sims were $1.50 each.

Glad I tried this place so that I don't step foot in it again. Had lunch here once, chicken n chips very dry and no taste. Also, the Chinese man ripped me off. I ordered takeaway chips, not many in the plate like small size but charged me $5.95. BS

Staff were friendly! Chicken was dry and cold. Chips and gravy were nice.

I bought half a charcoal chicken + chips excellent and not dry.chicken roll very tasty.better than red rooster lalor by a mile.

I'm very unhappy now, after many years to be a costumer enjoying tasty chicken and yummy chips. Lately the chicken was over cooked and the chips was mixed fresh and old. I'm really disappointed.

Super tasty charcoal and fried chicken. Chips are THE BEST. My go to place for chicken. Staff are friendly and always happy to substitute the salad in the Family Treat for my preferred salad.

We stopped to grab something for lunch I had a Hawaiian pack the other half had the noodle/rice pack, and 2 big dim Sims, it had ALOT of flavour, it was fresh, the staff were lovely and friendly

First time trying this place me and my partner loved it! The chips and chicken was yummy so was the chicken roll and the chicken burger

Got half a chicken and chips this is the chips lol what a joke. More expensive then are usual place and about a tenth of the chips we would usually get. We would feed two people and have left over chips from our usual this isn't even enough for one. Further more the chips are under cooked, I was supprised how quickly my order was ready.

Most terrible food I have ever tried in Melbourne. The food is dry and disgusting. The worst thing is that I have diarrhoea after I ate here. Won’t go back again!

Just after lunch time on a Saturday, busy shopping center with lots of people around, and in the shop!
At first it seemed like good value.but.
I can’t work out how all three items in my plate were so dry and so tasteless! I would have choked without the bottle of water!

The worst place I have ever visited in Melbourne. The mark of a good restaurant is not necessarily its size, but the quality of its food and the generosity of its staff. The presentation of restaurant's food and staff are worst also the speed of service, the general impression of the restaurant or cafe is unpleasant. The staffs in here are very rude. Ordered something and we received something else. When we asked about it, instead of being sorry for the mistake, they are worried about how much we paid for the order. Such an awful restaurant to visit.
