Poor service, they don't help with finding employment nor courses, they force you into courses that aren't relevant. They just care about recieving government funding for clients to show up to useless appointments. I have reported the company to DEEWR

Felt like I was recieving automated responses during contact. Just another job network hub that pretends to have your interests at hand. A few of the people I spoke to have inadequate people skills for this line of work and overload their interactions with false empathy to cover up their lack of knowledge about how to truly engage with people.

Disgusting that they can't accommodate appropriate times for someone who doesn't drive and has a child in school and one soon to be in kindergarten.
