On the spot appoitment as I was with a very painful foot.
Receptionist checked with a doctor and after 15minutes I was in. Great customer service. Great doctor, I been thinking of change my doc for the one at Campaspe Medical Clinic.

The specialist I saw today was kind and helpful and has referred me on for further studies. He bulk billed me when I was surprised at the amount I had to come up with on the spot, and didn't have it, and the receptionist made that possible. Christina was very kind and helpful also and went on to help me find a new female GP she thought would be a good match for me, as my doctor has retired, and I've been trying to get in to another GP for over a year. So altogether I received very helpful and kind treatment from the people I interacted with at the clinic today. I hope I find a suitable doctor there and in future I will attend Campaspe Family Practice as my regular clinic.

I made the appointment about 6 months ago as it was a follow-up consultation after the Foto Finder Skin Check and related in-house surgery on my face. It was all great from getting the reminder about the appointment, the welcoming, efficient staff, and very short wait time. The doctor’s specialist expertise and equipment was very reassuring. She also understood my queries and was able to expand on the information I had, including a plan for potential future reviews.

My daughter attended the practice alone once I checked her in.

Busy practice with good doctors and support staff. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but I have waited longer in the city.

Fabulous doctor’s surgery. They always fit you in as soon as possible, great staff and excellent doctors. Plus good opening hours which work around busy lives. And great with kids-even toys in some of the consulting rooms. Thanks Campaspe team!

The staff are always so friendly. The nurses do exceptional when working with younger kids for immunisations. They really made the experience so much easier.
