Camms Rd Fish & Chips

Great value for price - large portions and great taste! Was very efficient and customer service was absolutely amazing.

Usually don't review places, but this was worth the review.

Food: Good portions, good taste, sweets were AWESOME. Good seasoning - well salted and not too overdone. Good amount of sugar dusting on fried sweets too.

Customer service: Employee (owner?) called me to let me know they were missing an item. They called me straight away to offer an alternative or a refund without question. Opted for an alternative which was just as good.

Accuracy/cleanliness: All items were delivered in full. Missing nothing. Everything was correctly labelled and in separate bags/wraps.

Timing: Slightly slow on the delivery. HOWEVER! We ordered at their busiest time. It is expected they were slow - they are only human. Everything arrived hot and cooked through, so the time wasn't them leaving things hanging around.

Special touch: Wrote kind messages on our delivery products. That extra touch you can't pay for - that is a standard they take themselves.

Response to bad reviews:
Greasy food - its fried food, expect grease. This isn't a 5* steakhouse, its fish and chips.
Customer service - no idea where this comes from. They took the time to give me a call to update me on my order even in their busy hours.
Badly cooked - it may be depending on other things, but the times we have ordered were perfect. I suggest ordering again and seeing how you feel.

Overall great place. Exactly as you would expect from a fish and chip store. However, they go above and beyond.

We have had a feast on the delicious fish and chips tonight, from Camms road! Their dimsims are far superior than any other fish and chips shop around. My husband is rapt to have his steak and double egg sandwich cooked just the way he likes it! Even with the road blockages and 30 mins out of my day to travel there, we will be supporting these guys weekly!

I don't go to a fish and chips place ad they are too oil and doesn't work well with my stomach. I went to order a basic lunch pack and it was crispy and the seasoning was really good specially when washing down with international soft drink. Keep up the quality and service

Always good food from here! But the minimum chips is quite small, so make sure you order some extra if getting for a group!

Best fish & chips in Cranbourne. Owner is always looking for feedback and ways to improve. Chips are always cooked to perfection. There's always something new to try.

Best fish and chip shop in town.
Go here every couple weeks for a quick dinner and it has never failed.
Good service and friendly staff

Husband told me to try this place as he had been there and picked up lunch previously. After frequenting our regular local for years, I think we are converted. Everything was awesome. The chips moreish and the potato cakes so good. Thank you, we will be back to try more.

Absolutely love this shop. They are always friendly and ready to help. The staff are amazing. And the little messages on the paper they draw is brilliant, they may of made someone's day by what they write. Oh and the food is excellent keep up the great work.

Great quality food. Calamari rings were cooked perfectly. Tried the salt and vinegar potato cakes and they were fab. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

Camms rd fish c chips are unlike no other, good and genuinely nice workers and of course, great food. What more could you want?

Used to be fabulous. All food was greasy and tasted like cooked in dirty/stale oil. Such a shame it has gone down hill.

Really fantastic chips. Crispy and fresh tasting, not like others that feel soggy, etc. Go for the chicken salt.
