I am impressed with this place and recommend it 1000%!
I needed pelvic ultrasound for my cyst assessment,
I have had the best service ever, starting from amazing receptionist who was super helpful to help me find the right booking spot, explained all fees, charges and procedures,

My sonographer was the most amazing professional ever,
My previous pelvic checks in the other clinics were so unpleasant, but here I was so looked after and supported it made my experience so great,

Lastly I had very professional consultation after scan with their specialist who answered all my questions and concerns,

Once again I recommend this place to everyone!

p.s parking can be a bit busy during the day to find so give yourself extra 10-15 min to park on the street in no rush

We attended for all our pre pregnancy and pregnancy scans, and were always treated with warmth, kindness and an above all, expertise. We recently welcomed our beautiful baby girl, and the clinic were thrilled to share in our delightful news. They couldn’t have been kinder in accommodating anything we needed. Appointment rescheduling, photos, USB, diagnostic tests and invasive procedures. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Receptionist needs a holiday it seems, unless you speak 100% fluent English I couldn't recommend calling to book with the receptionist.if you ask them to repeat something because they speak quickly and you didn't catch everything, they have already run out of patience and will be quite rude.

I needed to have a TV ultrasound done asap and they allocated me the same day I called. The receptionist was very friendly and the ultrasonographer was very caring and empathetic with my happy tears

Wonderful staff. They make sure you're comfortable and informed every step of the way through. I certainly recommend them!

I've seen both Dr Sofie and Dr Rebecca here. Both fantastic doctors who genuinely care about their patients.

Excellent facilities, the staff are very kind and compassionate. Well worth paying a little bit more for this service.

I highly recommend Doctor Andrew Edward's. He was very thorough, knowledgable and kind. Took his time to explain everything in layman's terms and made sure I was comfortable.

Dr Sofie Piessens is my favourite Dr in Melbourne (and I really hate going to any Dr, so that's saying a lot). She is warm, kind, professional and calm. I'm often extremely anxious when going to have a test or procedure, but Dr Sofie was so caring she immediately put me at ease. I have seen her four or five times in the past four years and have only waited a bit once, but it wasn't long. Anyway, she would be worth the wait because she's so excellent. Her clinic in Camberwell has a homey/almost spa like atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr Sofie for her bedside manor, expertise and her efficient yet caring manner.

I turned up 10 minutes early for my appointment and then had to wait another 30 minutes until I was seen by the doctor. There was already two other people waiting when I arrived. No one's time is any more important than anyone else. If I have the respect to turn up early or on time for my appointment then you can at least see me at the scheduled time. Didn't get a discount for the wait time. I'm sure if I turned up 30 minutes late for my appointment they would have charged me double!

The reception person was not friendly and couldn't even remember my name or anyone else's when they left - but knew how to charge for the appointment!

I just wanted to express online my deep gratitude to the exceptional team at Camberwell Imaging and partners for the care we have received from you to date. From our pre-pregnancy gyne scans to our upcoming and highly anticipated anatomy scan!

We are successfully pregnant via IVF with our amazing little baby on the way. After watching my partner almost succumb to and then defeat cancer in the fight for his life we had all but accepted children may not be in our future but with the team at Camberwell we were thrilled see out babies heart beat for the first time.

We return to you scan after scan for your expertise, skill, compassion and no doubt understand that you are the best in the business. After reading and hearing about your extensive, ground breaking work in the field via newspapers and media we feel confident you are the people for us!

Not surprisingly I was very anxious about what my dating scan would reveal, IVF takes a physical and mental toll. It's filled with the highest of high's and the lowest of lows. Surrounding yourself with the best team possible is essential and you are, as recommended to us, just those people, and we are thrilled to have you on board for our journey.

I had been appropriately counselled by your experienced team of COGO experts that we may benefit in waiting a further week until the size of the baby was adequate to be viewed, having a retroverted uterus certainly didn't help but you nailed it, and there our little bean's heartbeat was. Flickering away. An amazing sight to behold, watching our family expand from 2 to 3, after considering our 2 may have become one without Michaels amazing recovery.

We returned a few weeks later for NIPT scan and the images were spectacular. The DVD is utterly priceless and your patience with my mother in the room was outstanding, she can be a handful and the way you took the time to explain the baby from top to toe was amazing. What you can see and show us is astounding.

We re-arrived for our 13 week scan a few short weeks later and are thrilled to hear everything is right on track, our little human is the greatest gift in the world to us. I wasn't aware that most structural fetal abnormalities are able to be detected this early on, so incredibly reassuring that our little peanut is healthy and right on track. I watched the DVD over and over! (and over)

I called today to book my morph scan in 2 weeks, and I really appreciate being able to be seen so close to Christmas!

I wanted to thank you all so much, you have gone above and beyond for us. We were referred to you by a friend who is a Clinical midwifery specialist. She gave me some excellent advice when we didn't know where to turn. " your scan is only as good quality as the practitioner holding the probe". I have 110% faith in your sonographers and COGO consultants. You are a credit to your profession and you're making our journey an amazing and memorable one.

From people who TRULY know that once you've hit rock bottom, the only way is up. Thankyou.

Dr Mark Teoh is amazing - I honestly could not rate him higher enough. He did my first scan in East Melbourne and then I followed him to Camberwell. He is just so thorough and informative and just so experienced. I would recommend him to anyone! The reception team are also so helpful - thank you.

GP referred us to this place for the 12 week scan. Within 5 mins the doctor told us that the fetus was too small for the scan right now. Charged us $200 and booked us for another session so they can steal another $230 from us. I told them that this was utter rediculous but they didnt budge from the stance. If you dont want to get ripped off than avoid this place and try somewhere else. I cancelled my booking and will not go back to this place ever again.
