These guys looked after me so well,
Bought a car from another dealership recently, quite soon after my boot latch broke. This Toyota covered my warranty, looked after me well. Definitely coming back!

The service was terrible! We picked the car yesterday midday and was not given a tax invoice on spot. The sales person said the transaction histories are normally scanned between 1-2pm. He will email me once it gets done. Then I checked my email around 4: 30pm and it did not show up. I called him try to follow up. He started with many excuses that he was very busy with people picking up cars, you know there are 45 cars waiting to be picked up before we close for holidays! What do you need the tax invoice for? Why do you need it so urgently? ! I got questioned with so many questions! He then said look I am here until 6pm and I will send it to you end of the day. I said I only followed up because you said you were going to send to me and I did not receive it! And guess what? It’s 4pm today now, I received nothing! The sales I purchased from is on holiday. So nobody actually here to help! I called the dealership and asked for the manager. She said the manager was not there but the finance manager is able to help with the invoice. He is really nice and just sent it to me straight away. This is not something that hard and the sales could have just being honest instead telling lies again and again with such an attitude! Extremely POOR customer care and will definitely NOT purchase from!

I have had a number of cars with mixed results, but Talia in Service was patient and discussed my problem exceptionally well.

Unprofessional! Had an appointment to look at and test drive a car only to get there and get told the they sold the car yesterday. A simple phone call would have been nice

Purchased our Corolla Cross Hybrid through Seven Wu. The process was relatively seamless and Seven was very communicative, friendly and professional. Finally picked it up yesterday. It was worth the wait.

Whilst I am very happy with the car that I purchased, I am not happy with the service I received.
I messaged via the Carsales ad to book a time to see the car. I drove 1.5 hours to see the cat any the arranged day and the car was not on the lot. I was promised that the car would be returned the following day for me to view. I put down a deposit pending viewing the car and negations, I was then called later that day and told the car would not be on the lot for viewing tomorrow. So I drove home another 1.5 hour drive. I returned at my next available to view the car. The car was advertised with more kms than stated on the car sales ad and was not in described condition. They also did not have any service history or the books for the car. After a little push they agreed to fix the items that were itemized on a report from my mechanic.
They told me it would be a week, but actually took them closer to 3 weeks to have these issues resolved.
When I went to collect the car it was missing a remote for the winch. I was promised that this would be ordered and sent to my address as the winch was not usable without the controller. Over a month later, multiple phone calls that have not been returned, I still do not have this winch.
I was also sold an unroadworthy car. Multiple calls and text messages about this with no reply. I have since fixed this issue my self.
I was also told the car would be sold with 3 months of registration, but only received a month of reg.
I feel that the after care has been awful. As soon as they took the deposit they were no longer interested in anything other than getting the rest of my money.
I’m still waiting on the controller. Unsure if I will ever receive this.
I would not recommend buying a used car from this car dealer.

Toyota car always popular especially Hybrid, meanwhile in high demand. Waiting period over 12month around. We have calling the ferntree gully dealer whom we've purchased 2 cars before, no sales was interest follow up and respond back from them. Also contact a few other, as no stock and sales won't make immediate sale to earn profit, so they are not really key to build connection with us. Even made appointment with them they are absent on the day of appointment. Lucky enough, Melbourne city Toyota Camberwell - Seven Wu she was there and even she is super busy still spare time, did test drive and go through with process, assistant us with all kids of questions had. We are finally set a deal, even the waiting period is over 1 years, but we happy to wait especially with the help we've received from Seven. If anyone want to buy Toyota car, higher recommend to contact Seven Wu. Use my husband words to say, when I first time talk to seven my husband thought I was talking to a old friend whom I haven't see ages.

Great customer service with good value of the cars they are selling. Seven offer me a good deal for my first car, I will come back in the future.

I dropped off my dad so he can pick up his car after service. An employee was driving so carelessly that almost hit my car. When I approached him he walked away and said f.off with out even turning his face. I went to the manager and not that he didn't even bothered himself to appologize nor introduce himself, I asked him to follow up on such a unspeakable behaviour of his employee which he has ignored. So a heads up not you will be disrespected in this dealership, but also you car will be highly likely to be damaged by some employees.

Happy purchase experience with Melbourne city Toyota, and highly recommended Seven Wu for her excellent customer service, always take care of customer and car. Will definitely come back in future and thanks again for the service.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from the team at Camberwell Toyota and have had all my servicing done there also, the quality of the work is obviously important, but what makes them stand out is the confidence that you are not being ripped off and that they know what they are doing. Every aspect of every transaction has been outstanding and I have yet to fail them in one aspect in over ten years. If you can find better I would be suprised
