I saw Dr Janet Kim and not only did I feel rushed by her (probably because I was seen 25 min late and she was trying to make up time) but she was very dismissive of my comments, questions and concerns and even expressed annoyance at times. I'm sure she knows her stuff but her bedside manner really needs some improvement. Also please be a bit more open minded to more than what you study at medical school. I wouldn't expect this type of treatment when paying $295 for a 15 minute consult

Again Eric has provided top shelf service and helped me feel comfortable with where my treatment is at. He is friendly and knowledgeable and always professional in his dealings with a sensitive issue.

I found the tenure of your text reminder notice offensive. The threat to cancel the appointment if not responded to in two days is unwarranted particularly given that the wait for an appointment is now over two months. Otherwise, the attention from Dr Gill was excellent as usual

I have been visiting as a patient for over seven years and both Dr. David Gill and Dr. Rebecca Nguyen has been excellent in managing and providing treatment for my psoriasis. Thankfully it has been well managed now! Great service is always provided by the ladies at the reception too.

It is with great pleasure that I leave this review. I want to thank Lisa from the bottom of my heart for the caring, compassionate and friendly way she treated me. I was blown away and told her that she is a LEGEND to me. Dr David Gill was a true gentleman, I was nervous because I have had severe severe eczema all my 60 years and have found nothing to really help, although I have tried everything iminageable. Dr Gill has given me some renewed hope for relief was from the horrid scratching and disfigurement it has caused.

Dr Gill was kind, gentle, very professional and put me at ease immediately I came into his office. The way I was treated has not always been so caring and positive.

From watching other reception staff I found everyone to display all the same qualities as mentioned above.
