Easy to make an appointment and the reception and medical staff are friendly and supportive which isn’t as common in a lot of clinics now. They bulk bill for small children

I am 3 years old. The doctor gave me an injection. But it's alright. I was brave and they had a car and truck book in the waiting room, which I liked a lot.

What a great experience. On time, lovely staff and care team, and I barely felt my vaccination. Great for my son too who was quite nervous.

The Camberwell Medical Group is the best Medical Centre I've attended. I followed Dr Grace Diao to her new premises in Camberwell as she is the most caring and thorough doctor I have met. Nothing is unimportant when it comes to my wellbeing. She really goes over and beyond to take care of me and I feel very privileged. The Centre is never overcrowded and appointments are usually on time or close to it. The reception and nursing staff are always eager to help in any way, making you feel better just by being there.

Had just moved to the area, so was looking for a new doctor. The doctor I saw at the clinic called doctor Grace Diao, was polite, friendly and helpful, especially with her diagnosis of my health issue.
I would reccomend here everytime.

I saw Dr Grace Diao today for the first time, and the entire team, from Cheryl at the front desk to all the other staff, they were just exemplarary. Dr Grace was very thorough and courteous and asked all the right consultation questions. Highly recommended:)

I went for my first appointment in June with Dr Grace Diao. She referred me to do blood test at the pathology behind the clinic. I was told that the clinic does bulk bill yet I received an invoice of $160 for a blood test. When I call to ask, the nurse wasn’t sure so had to ask Dr Grace to call me. And not long after, I received a booking for an appointment with Dr Grace! I was not sick and just wanted to check why the blood test wasn’t bulk billed! It’s really frustrating that she didn’t inform me about the blood test charges and yet she still want me booked in for a medical appointment to talk over this! Really disappointing!

Best GP & wonderfull staff. Great to have these bulk billing GPs in Camberwell! Really made me feel welcome every time I have been there. Big and comfortable waiting area! Thank you.

Camberwell Medical Group is such a nice place, small and friendly, easy to get an appointment and quick to get in to see a doctor. The doctors there seem to have more time to discuss problems, not like the big clinics where you are in and out in a few minutes. I really appreciate the extra care, and a big plus is they have a pathology clinic right there in the same building, makes everything a lot quicker and easier! It's on the tram-line, also there is parking provided on the premises. So happy I found this place, I highly recommend.
