Camberwell Fresh Food Market reviews
11Love the stalls, absolutely beautiful selection and warm customer service! Definitely a fun activity on a Saturday morning. It's not huge however everything you could need is right there. Super happy with the quality of everything I bought as well. ️
I love this market, vegies are so fresh and can be kept in fridge for two weeks, fishes look like they just got out of the sea. Meat is a bit expensive but worth the price.
Great quality, great service.
This is the way fresh food markets are suppose to be!
One of the first markets I've visited that uses recyclable carry bags
Also, lots of nice places to sit and enjoy a coffee and good eats. Visit if you are in the area, you won't regret it.
Excellent selection of fruit and vegetables and quite extensive range.
Well priced and fresh mostly.
Dont buy the plum cake. I asked a female assistant if the plum cake was moist with lots of plums inside this afternoon and was told yes. The so called plum cake had no plums inside only a few scattered on top and was dry. Had to throw out. Cost 15 dollars
Adequate variety of fresh food, good selection of meats, poultry and fish. Missing a lot of the more exotic things you find at other markets such as Parahan & South Melbourne. Distinctly European/western, not the diversity of say Box Hill.
Good range of fresh fruit and vegetables inside an open market. The quality is good in my experience and you can find most things - mushrooms, herbs, spices, berries, etc. Very pleasant shopping experience but parking out the back can be a challenge on busy days.
Good small local market with fruit and vetables, meat, seafood and delicatessen goods. Not always the cheapest, but good quality.
Good quality but often expensive - standard market fare. You wouldn't find exotic fruit or veg here, but good for the basics.
A lot of cool stuff to buy (I bought a bow) recommend to go during a sale, otherwise really expensive
