Tom was exceptionally helpful in helping us select carpet for our beach house. He had a lovely manner and he knew the product well.

A note of appreciation for the time and smart thinking approach of Dean who attended my home to provide a quote for replacement carpets resulting from flood damage. At a time of stress, he was polite, on time, knew his stuff and was personable. In addition to all matters carpet he was able to provide the details of a tradesperson who he contacted (for no additional fee) for the purpose of providing a quote for the removal of walk in robes and hanging systems which require a bit of thinking to pull down and re construct following. I would highly recommend this group and have also had conversations with Tom, on the phone, who was also a pleasure to liaise with.

Wasn't the easiest of jobs given the difficulties that come with access and space in an apartment but Adam from Floorworld made the process nice and easy with the recommendation of a great flooring option and using Richard to come in for the removal of old carpets, levelling of subfloor and installation of the new flooring.

Needed to replace my kitchen floor, and Camberwell Floorworld made the entire process painless, from selection of the flooring, the quote, and the actual work. Love my new floor, these guys were professional the whole way.

Floorworld had great choice, prices and customer service as they worked with us throughout our house renovations. Have just had my second story carpet removed and replaced by Camberwell Floorworld, and every part of the process exceeded my expectations! I'm so happy! Adrian was fantastic. He understood my requirements, took into account my needs and my budget, and was so easy and friendly to talk to. He was prompt, and kept me up to date the whole time. The carpet itself is gorgeous, and the laying was amazing. Couldn't fault the whole experience! Highly recommend, and have already!

Such a great service. I had to find a replacement floor tile and the guys were so helpful (specifically Dean).
I was able to get the tile I needed quickly and with no fuss.

The showroom is clean and friendly with ample street parking. Staff are not pushy; just happy to help.

Terrible terrible service and tradespersons. Would not recommend this company to anyone that wants vinyl laid professionally. After completion (two weeks) a few problems arose, floor started to pop up, they were not interested in coming back to fix work.looked to blame others, everything was not there problem. Always blaming others.

Ordered a custom runner for our staircase. The team were fantastic to work with throughout the process and the attention to detail when dealing with a not particularly straight set of stairs fastidious - the end product is amazing and we are delighted. Thank you Dean and Mark.

The whole process was simple and painless, including the installation where I was offered assistance in moving furniture back after Josh had spent the day laying the floorboards which was amazing!

Being in an apartment block getting anything done can be tricky from location, access and getting in the way of the neighbours but nothing was too much trouble for Josh – in fact he went out of his way to make things work!

Big thanks to Dean as well for the helpful advice at each step of the decision making.
