I came here a few weeks ago and since then this has been my go to place to get my garments dry cleaned. The price is really affordable and the service is superb. Have been recommending this place to all my friends & family. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve been there a few times. Not very friendly but seemed professional. I took in an expensive burgundy silk dress with a water stain and a fat stain and they said they would try. I collected it, paid for it and it looked exactly as I’d left it so not sure they tried at all. I was going to throw it away but my daughter thought she’d try a dry cleaner in Balwyn and it just came back perfect! Bec n Bridge dress saved!

The worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaners. I dropped two pairs of work pants and a skirt off. When I tried on one pair of my pants there were two holes in the left leg on the seam. When I called to bring the pants back for them to see. (before they had even seen the holes) it was already my fault. I was told over and over that the holes had to have already been there.as if I wouldn't have noticed at work the previous week that I had two holes in my pants? After running out of ways that it must have been my fault, the last suggestion (which takes the cake) was that I must have had a worm in my clothes (? !). Absolutely ridiculous!
Since moving back to Melbourne I picked this place at random. I most definitely will never go back! Be very careful about your choice because if something goes wrong it will always be your fault.

***to respond to your reply. You did know that it was on the seam, as I mentioned it repeatedly. I asked you if I could bring it in for you to look at and you kept interrupting me telling me that it wan't your fault.honestly, I don't really know how you expected me to be anything other than upset and shocked.
