No airport transfers as agreed in our booking confirmation which cost us $310 uber fares.
Poor experience due to leaking campervan roof and bed was soaked with rain.

We slept in a barn for the motoGP long weekend as all other accommodation was fully booked.
They didn't have a replacement van, even if there was a replacement van we were told we would of had to drive half way back to Melbourne during the motoGP to swap.
This experience spoilt our entire trip as we did not sleep much for 4nights and we're very tired. We were told they would reimburse us if we buy linen & blankets but there was no time to go shopping while watching the motoGP. The last thing we wanted to organise was bedding when we paid hundreds for the van rental.

A couple of days later I called the office spoke to a receptionist who told me she has refunded 2days out of 5 ie -$230 from $575 (not including $310 in uber). My friends and family will not be using this service again.
Adam was not there when we returned the van, there was no immediate compensation. He did not phone me to follow-up, he still has not called me. A full refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances.

*2star instead of 1 because if we had a van that wasn't leaking it would have been OK. Old van, dirty cutlery but had everything we needed in the van & drove ok.

Great and efficient communication with Adam. Good value $$. We rented an older Toyota Hi top/ Hi Ace; more than 500,000 km but well maintained and loved the way the camper was set up inside. Will definitively rent again from them. Did 3,100 km and all went well.

Only interested in getting your cash. Rented me a vehicle with a broken A/C with a broken Fan. Could not cool or demist. A broken T. V. Broken navigator system. 10 more things broken or not working Main Gas lasted only 3 days and was told was full. Totally uninterested and rude. I would avoid like the plague! Paid big dollars for a Top of the range Camper and got a lemon

Excellent service, very helpful through the booking and rental. The van was as described it had a lot of Km but was reliable and easy to use. Everything that you could need in a campervan was provided which made for a great trip.

If there was an option of 0 stars, I would take it. We booked what we thought was a camper van from Melbourne and found out from downtown we were a good hour away for pick-up. Add to that having a van that the straps keeping the boards for beds that broke halfway through our trip. When we returned the van early, expressing our concerns of safety, they were more upset that we didn’t call to advise we wouldn’t return in Canberra. We didn’t expect to get any funds back, but the guys weren’t apologetic at all and made us feel like we were causing them an inconvenience when we paid a relocation fee. If you want a low-cost, low quality and low service option, these might be your guys.

When I collected the vehicle in 9/2017, I was asked to pay $50 more for a toll fee which was NOT mentioned on the confirmation letter. When I returned the vehicle, Adam said that the toll fee would be refunded once he received the related toll statements and then confirmed that I did not use any toll roads.

In the following months, I came to the company to ask for the refund at least 3 times as i am sure that i did NOT use any toll road, and Adam always said that he needed more time to wait for and check all the statements.

In 8/2018,11 months after the rental, I wrote him a formal repayment notification based on a template from Consumers Affairs Victoria and sent it to Adam in person. I must act within 1 year from the rental to avoid any rejection from the regulator.

Although Adam refunded me on the spot, he was angry because he alleged that i did use a toll road. Then i asked him to prove, he said he can't and he took out several dozens of statements from toll road company and said the rental was 11 months ago. It is ridiculous and disgusting that he took 11 months to check the statements and still failed to prove it. After the refund, he kept shouting at me that i used toll. Fortunately, I am now listed on their black list so that i will not enjoy their premium services any more: >

Think that if you are a tourist or you are not living in Melbourne, how you can claim back an extra fee which does NOT incur at all?

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Do not touch this company with a 10ft pole! The van was a disgrace and given to us with NO brakes therefore spent the first day in a garage with new brake pads and discs added. Dropped the camper van off after a trip of a lifetime from cairns, only to find out they had been provided the wrong drop off date. The guy Adam spoke to us like something he scrsped off his shoe, became aggressive and then started shouting even after we explained the situation. Nearly called the police but ended up getting an apology and refund! 0 star - can't understand how he runs a business with that behaviour!

When the van arrived.we were disappointed. Shabby to say the least.damaged and broken chip board.on the only bench.a grotty and cracked "fridge" filthy kettle and toaster.no matches and a torch that did not work.spongy brakes.that do not work unless you stand on them.windows with broken latches.and the back sliding door that would not open, the only postive was the clean linen.chiped mis matched crockery.curtains with missing hooks.our son called it the van from hell.petrol consumption also was greater than advertised.per km NEVER again rating out of 10 a 4
