Calvino Coffee Officer ( Outbound ) reviews
12My expectations when i visit these types of establishments is ussually very low. Today the two staff took this to a whole new low. Their attitude and service was beyond awful. The toasted croisant was dry and old. I brought this to their attention, she said “OK thats alright” and threw it in the bin and went on with her day“
Great Coffee and awesome snacks to keep you going on your trip. Plenty of seating to have it there and have a 20 to 40 minute break off the freeway.
Great service from Calvino Coffee Shop. I recommend you to visit Kelly.
You will not only be served with the nice coffee but you will be also served with jokes to free yourself from stress
Kot Monoah and I had our share of fun with Kelly.
Thanks Kelly
Kelly was great. She is friendly and great customer service. Richard and I cracked her and she cracked us back in a friendly customer service chat.
Shout out the the young girl Jessica at outbound cafe today - you are an absolute star and I hope your hard work doesn’t go unappreciated. For the time we stood and waited for our coffee (15 minutes) you continued to serve, make and keep a smile going with no other person in sight to help you. Well done coffee was great and hot!
A good stopover with good coffee. The toasties were a bit bland, but it's reasonably inexpensive.
Always good service. The coffee is good and I like that they offer a small biscuit with every coffee.
Was served by a friendly barista at Calvino Outbound this afternoon. She was attentive and fixed me up with a delicious cappuccino. She certainly knows her coffees and they also had scrumptious cakes and sweets in store. Definitely the place to grab a good cup of coffee and a bite for the road.
Got Flat Whites and Hot Chocolates and it was very good. In fact delicious. The lady in the counter/barrista is very nice. My brother who was from UK wants to try a different coffee place and said its very very good too.
If you want to experience the most racist customer service, this is the place.
The lady who was there very very badly mannered. And yelling at dark skin customers. I don't know is that the way they are trained.
I was really frustrated and never recommend this place unless you have the white skin.
If you're after a large coffee, Calvino's Neo will do the job. At $8 it's a bit pricey but you can add as many extra shots as you like free of charge. The muffins & cookies are nice too but the toasted items end up too dry for my liking.
The coffee is just fine, but freaking expensive when compared to similar other places along the freeway or even what you get in the city. In fact, even Maccas coffee, just diagonally opposite, is comparable in quality but cheaper. What you'd expect from any decent coffee place.
