Bad service.takes forever for an employee to get to you and help you out and not because they're busy.the guy at the register was too busy chatting to another girl.when a girl finally got to me, I asked her how much the shirt was after the discount.she looked at me and just said uh its 20% discount, I know that, but what is the PRICE after the discount? She was visibly annoyed cause she had to take out a calculator and actually give me an answer.the guy at the register could not be more bored looking if he tried.he suggested a membership so ill get a discount and instead of giving me actual directions so i can register, he jus said yeah you just go online. AAANNND? Here's a suggestion: why don't you print out the instructions and put it next to the register cause obviously the guy there is too tired to actually help you.will not go back or spend my money on CK again.just so annoying.
Edit to say: just looked at other's reviews.obviously you have a problem with your employees in that store.why do you not do anything about it? How easy it is to take hard earned money from people, isn't it? You don't care about the bad experience you give your customers do you? Will not go back again.

Bad service. Lara and her co-worker so means when she helped me to pay. They used eyes contact to talk abt customers. They looks like a kid and thought we don’t have money to buy it!

The staff Nydia is mean and rude, doesn't have retail manner. Definitely won't recommend to visit and shop there.

Not welcoming at all. The African girl working today told me to basically leave when the store was open for another 7 mins. Wouldn’t want to go into another Calvin Klein store if this is how they’re training staff.

Very comfortable coming here yesterday. The girls are nice and they give me a lot of options to choose. I want to come back and buy more next time. The discount is good.

I never coming back this store, the staff name Minja Mina was so rude and meant to me, I was trying five items, I entered fitting room in 3mins, but she said that “ you should try quickly because another is waiting”. Additionally, when I bought 2 items, her face looks like I made her uncomfortable.
No greetings, no welcome.
It is terrible customer service ễprience.

Amazing service from the girls here especially the Asian girl who served me last Tuesday, I can’t remember her name. I couldn’t find my sizes but she went above and beyond to look at another store which I find very helpful. Need another sales people like this.

Got fantastic service today from a salesperson that was very helpful with sizing and suggestions for me, a guy clueless about lingerie! It’s a shame I didn’t get her name because she spent a lot of time helping me out. Will be back for sure! The wife loved her gift.

The girls that work here are very friendly and professional. As a low income earner, their 40% sale during the Boxing Day specials made me the happiest girl ever to finally have her Calvin Kleins. One of the best purchases.

I am appalled at the customer service provided by the CK sales assistant at Melbourne Central by the name of Chao who served. She was at the counter ordering her minions around, and checking people out. I don't really care if sales assistants are "friendly" but this one did not even crack a smile or a greeting. I just wanted to get in and get out. So I pay waved my purchases and found out that there is an additional 10% discount (on top of the 30% VIP sale). I then asked her if I could get that 10% and she answered (in a rude tone) "no, it is too late now". I then asked for a refund and she said "YOU CANT HAVE A REFUND", shoved my purchases to me and had the bitchiest face whilst rolling her eyes! She failed to explain her business' sales conditions and instead reacted poorly. CK management, if you are seeing this, please make sure to teach Chao some basic customer service practices, courtesy and class (because she really needs it) or retain this liability that could be detrimental to your business. Thanks.
