Incredibly rude Asian staff at the checkout counter. Gave me a smug look with an “I don’t care attitude”! Train this poor thing for goodness sake. Seems like she hates her job. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I don’t think I need to say more after reading the reviews. Always excited to shop at Essondon DFO until we decided to walk into this store yesterday. Rude staff and poor customer service. I will not go back to Essondon DFO in the near future because of this store.

Very bad experience shopping at CK Essendon! People are there to have a rest and enjoy shopping, and some of the staff members are so rude and racist.

Poor customer service. Lady (Manager) at the store was so rude and racist. She don’t deserve any kind of respect. I’m sure I’m not the first one who complaining about her. Calvin Klein or the Management at the DFO have to take action against her. Staff at the other CK store in South warf far better than Essendon DFO staff. No more visit to CK Essendon store. I don’t wanna spend my hard earned money to pay “Aussie Karren”. And please don’t ask me to send any email to CK management, you have enough complaints about her. So you have to take action against her straight away.

So I took my time shopping in store as you do when your buying a fair bit of clothing. Took ages to pay as the line was long which I have nothing wrong with. The issue was, when I finally got to the counter, when the person gets all my clothes ready, and the last thing to do is pay for my clothing, and I go to pay in cash which is normal, the person tells me the store DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. I had to leave all my clothes behind and all the time I took to shop was wasted. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE in this world, let alone this country, should be turned away because they want to pay in cash. This was nothing short of a disgrace and Head Office needs to do something about this because I got embarrassed today, leaving all my clothes behind and everyone looking at me because I pretty much didn't have 'legitimate' money to purchase my items

Good thing the store has great deals and good stock, the staff are awful! So unfriendly and rude.

I liked this place its my new shop. I found a large amount of garment I liked at very competitive pricies. Staff are on hand to assist. I would recommend they smile more and make it look like they want to be there. Apart from this I became a member and am enjoying my new rags and discounts. Worth a look

Unable to exchange the size of the ring that was bought for me as a present, because the sailer didn’t even know their own product and had no idea what was the price of the ring, so she didn’t even bother looking up online to find the ring and the price. Horrible service!

Generally not a place where I shop. But I did get a very good quality white shirt and some quite comfortable undies.

Disabled change room stuffed with empty boxes and I couldn't try anything, what a shame they don't care.

Terrible social skills. The staff at the South Wharf store are way more helpful and professional. I definitely won't be back

SHOCKING customer service, half the girls that work in there are so rude and cannot speak to customers nicely

I definitely never come back this store. The man who is asian, he was very rude, very unpolite. The shop is close at 6pm and I came in at 5: 50pm. I picked a t-shirt and paid quickly but all staffs were unwelcoming because they wanted to go home.

The girls in this store are incredibly arrogant and rude. I was more so disappointed to find out that one of them was in fact and truly the store manager. The company should look into this issue and train their staff more adequately.

Very disappointing ️. Not happy with the service. Even they have mentioned in store some mother's day gift on $75 spend but unfortunately they are not given at the counter saying thats it's been run off what's the point of advertising in store
