Great deals however the staff charged me full price for the tshirt that supposed to be discounted. She didn’t double check the price tag and luckily I checked my receipt.

Large store located near the main entrance to the outlet. While it do not have a complete range, being a discount outlet, the discounts are amazing as are the membership benefits.

Great service, good selection, the sales lady Georgina was brilliant, although I walked out with double the amount I wanted. No regrets.

The deals were ok and worth visiting if you are looking at CK. Much better than the regular shops. However the kids section was a dud. Not any options.

I always like to purchase from Calvin Klein, good quality with good prices but today (Black Friday) they failed to add the discount on my items, I didn’t figure it out until I left, as I wasn’t comfortable from the way the cashier treated me when I was returning items at 2 weeks extra time.
I tried to report it at their website, the website was asking about an order ID which I failed to find on the receipt!
Will think so much before I go back to buy another thing.

We were served today by a young boy on the register with black curly hair. I think his name was gianlucca. Spelling may be incorrect. He was so patient and lovely. My 11 year old daughter wanted prices as she was using her pocket money so we approached him at the counter on three seperate occasions and each time he had to enter my phone number to check the price. Never once did he display frustration. Just lovely service with a smile. Thank you

Struggled to find staff to help me today. I was in the men's underwear section for SO long trying to find what I wanted, I was sweating & got a headache through it all. Staff were more concerned with folding clothes than actually helping me find what I was looking for! Not a pleasant experience

The audacity to charge $70 for a pair of pants made from polyester material! Clavin Klein like to pry into customer's medical records and for that reason as well I will never purchase from this brand again.

I have visited the ck store located at Moorabbin Dfo Victoria on Sunday 7/11/21. When i was putting my hand in between of the waist bag to have a look, i was get scratched with the security tags which was loosened and the pins were exposed.and there were 2 secuity tags are off from 2 bags.
And i have told the one of the staffs.
I have written an email to ck customer and the store gave me a call back few days after.
And the shop staff said she would talk to the girl that i noticed in the store. I told her those bags were put behind the cashier and she said she saw those bags as well.then, no feedback at all.i was so disappointed by how poorly handle an instore injuried customer.

Very disappointed about a customer service was provided from the staff Emily. But it’s so weird that her tag name is not showing from Calvin Klein, it’s showing from Tommy Hilfiger. Anyways, make sure she will have a better training. Thanks

Very disappointing experience. Staff and managers have no idea whats going on in the store. Was thete Sunday afternoon 3rd of January spend 45 minutes in a queue to pay for a pair of jeans only to find out that the price that the Jeans were maked was different to the price on there registers and when I got another pair for the manager so she can double check the price Eleni told me that the price is what's on the register and not the Jeans take it or leave it.no customer service at all.

Amazing staff i don’t know what all these people are on about, just chatted to Amanda great Customer service and even when I’m in store staff always come up and ask if I need help.

Shoutout to a gentleman working there by the name of Cole who went above and beyond delivering great customer service during the busy period!

Horrible Customer Service! The sales team don't seem very concerned about their customers. They are busy chatting within themselves. One of the worst Calvin Klein stores I have ever been to

I walked into the store and I’m pretty sure CK staff saw me. They didn’t greet me and ignore me because they were busy chatting among themselves. I saw a product hanging high that I can’t reach so I decided to use a ladder nearby to get it. Later a female stuff came by and said I’m not allow to use the ladder it’s for staff only, in a rude manner like I’m using her personal stuff. I had to help myself because all of you were so BUSY chatting and mocking around. Next time make sure you put a sign in the front “We are SO BUSY. WE CANT HELP YOU and DONT use the ladder to help yourself. ” Why big companies like to hire young female rude, useless and lazy staff?

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Walking into the store and felt unwelcome from the front door. Walking around there were 3 staff members all of which were looking like they were working in a sweat factory in Mumbai. The staff looked so unhappy and didn’t look up from what they were doing the entire time to even smile or say hello. The worst was yet to come. As I saw my friend waiting at the counter to purchase the staff member finally looked up from what she was doing did a huff then dragged her feet to the counter. When she arrived at the counter she mumbled something along the lines of did you want these. Then proceeded to take a swig of water swish it around her mouth then mumble if my friend wanted to sign up. Not a ounce of enthusiasm or even a glimpse of a smile. I was so outraged by what I was seeing I wanted to drop my stuff I was about to buy. After my friend was done at the counter she turned and said she’d be outside. I knew this was because she was so infuriated by what had just happened. The shop assistant then proceeded to treat me exactly the same, however after being a retail manager and working in retail for over 9 years there was no way I was leaving without saying something. I told the sales assistant that her attitude sucked to which she said her feet hurt. News flash you work in retail and even if your feet hurt you never let your customers suffer because of it. I told her that was no excuse and that the level of customer service in this store was appalling. Her response was to say “I’m sorry you feel that way”. I wished this was my first bad experience at Calvin Klein however it is not. It is very clear that the company does not have an emphasis or customer service and only cares about getting money through the door.
