Caltex Woolworths

I noticed that when i only tap the wollworth card i get only the points with no discount on the fuel
But when i do the taping using the RACV card too i got some money back from both cards there is something wrong with staff?

Filled few times for cash out but old lady purposely refused everytime. Really disappointed service

Got some issues with my credit card to pay for the fuel and the girl on the counter was so rude with me and I told her just give me 5 min to fix the issue. Thanks

Staff are friendly, drinks are cold and the fuel seems clean. No issues here. Pretty standard customer service

Just got the tank filled today 02/05/2023 at 3: 10 AM aporox, in morning, the total amount on meter showed 83.25$ and I was charged 84$, hopefully the owner can have a look onto the cctv footage, as to how many people are overcharged during Night shift by their employees.

Why do we have to wait up to 3 mins for the pumps to be turned on when I'm only one in fuel station when i ask reply was and what can i do about it he's a thought do your job or is that beyond your scope of intellect

Their prices are always at very higher end compare to other stations in Craigieburn.
Other than that never experienced any issue.
Staff is always polite and professional.

Lady on the counter was rude, door was locked at around 8: 30 pm and when my mother asked and knocked on the window she unlocked the door and pretended it was open.
She asked my mother to bring change next time, what kind of service is this, when I confronted her she said I asked if possible and extremely pathetic customer service from this lady.
I often use this station and other staff members are polite and respectful but this lady has no idea about customer service.

Local service station, good location, good range of drinks and its currently getting renovated to keep up with modern looks.the only downside is its more expensive then fuel 2mins down the road, so people pay a premium here.hence why it gets 4 out of 5.

3 pumps out of action. Makes the queue long. One of these pumps had been out for weeks now. Get out fixed.

Went into servo last night the lady behind counter was very friendly, polite & well mannered (which is something I dont experience at all woolies servos)

Very bad customer service, person who is working on to 17th Dec 2019 day time is 9 clock all pump full and i try to park my car no 3 pump he said he can't open that pump go to another one i ask why he said read the notice he is rude and don't know how to talk

Needed a petrol station in this pocket of craigieburn (no other petrol station in this area). Prices are good ive noticed when driving through other suburbs. Offers usual food, snacks, drinks & other necessities that makes it convenient. Staff friendly and with near by Woolworths makes it a good pit stop

It's a gas station. Small store attached. New and modern with all the flavours of fuel, LPG etc. Entrance and exits are fairly tight as it's a small station so be careful if you are towing a caravan.

Absolutely horrible customer service on Christmas Day
First we got overcharged $50 for our petrol and had to be refunded then our car wouldn’t start as the battery went flat and the Woolworths team would not help us in any way we got told it’s our problem not there’s Will never go here again and I live around the corner I will be traveling elsewhere for petrol

Consistently horrible customer service by team members who do not care for customers and or their health and saftey. One staff member choosing to run to the car and grab something while there are 4 people in the queue waiting to be service and no one else working. AVOID
