Caltex Mount Waverley reviews
27 If you don’t have an item in stock, and then randomly decide to charge the customer for something entirely different, and then blame the customer on Uber eats, you can expect reviews like this.
The rather rude south Asian bloke who was working Wednesday 4th October night shift should never be allowed to talk with customers again. Deplorable!
Woolworth shop but doesn’t accept Woolworth wish gift card. Ampol shop but doesn’t accept RACV Ampol fuel discount. I don’t understand what brand is this petrol shop. Never come back and not recommended.
Please train the staff here or get some friendly people, getting sick of seeing the attitude of Indian male cashiers working in night
I ordered an energy drink and a snack they couldn’t be bothered grabbing an energy drink even though I selected replace if you don’t have. Absolutely atrocious customer service
Make sure to read the expiration date on the pre made meals there as they don't remove expired food
To add to my review from a year ago it feels like a scam to get fuel from here, they lure you in with a cheap price only to find that you cant actually get fuel at that price, you can only buy premium.
Worst experience! This guy took 15mins come to the counter and didn’t even hurry to serve the customers. He was just walking around the store pretending to be busy while customers waiting in line outside.
A petrol station with no petrol. I went 2 times to this petrol station and both times the had no 91 fuel. Not sure whether they're trying to force their customers to buy premium or what.
The worst part is that they advertise a very lucrative price to bring the customer in, only to be be disappointed to find all bowsers empty.
Get your act together and either run your business like it should or move on and stop wasting our time.
Very expensive fuel. Thr 98 unleaded was $2.10 here while it was $1.79 in other stations. Paid nearly $13 extra. Also no ¢4 discount on fuel as with other Woolies fuel stations although the station is a Woolies Metro+Ampol. The Woolies gift also don't work. Avoid Ampol stations if you can.
Waited almost 30 mins while 2 more customers trying to fill up. All of us had to leave. You night staff should finish sleeping at home. 12.30am Wednesday!
Everything is VERY expensive compared to competitors BUT they have an amazing range of products and looks very modern! Next time i will get photos.
Also the fuel pumps could go a little quicker.
Well they have the woolworths rewards signs everywhere but DO NOT give the 4c fuel discount. Only points on purchases. Very misleading
Store has a wide range of food for anytime of the day and the store is big & feels spacious. Most importantly there’s a toilet, ATM & plenty of parking spaces if your buying petrol. Staff we a bit uptight.
Make sure to read the expiration date on the pre made meals there as they don't remove expired food
First time been to this service station, the guy scanned my UBER Pro discount code and charged me $1 for the coffee that I never had. He didn't even ask or inform me about the coffee or the extra charge. BTW shouldn't the coffee be free for UBER Pro drivers anyway? ! What a ripoff!
I hope you know who you are, your employee ID is on the bottom of the receipt.
It's a standard petrol station at the corner of main roads, during the pandemic there was no paper towel or hand sanitiser available for people to wipe their hands. Otherwise the staff was OK polite
Worst petrol shop in Melbourne with weirdly expensive price marking. Need to avoid visiting this fraud shop.
The staff here lacks mateship. The staff refused to help me with 50$ change and told me he can only help if I buy something. I understand he has right to say No but it was not my first visit. I have been living in this area for almost 6 years. I have shopped countless number of times in this station not only to fill up my fuel tank but also to buy Coffee, ice bags, bread etc.
Anyway I won't be shopping here again.
Always a quick stop here.
Whether I'm getting fuel or just stopping for a pie and some chocolate milk.
Service is always friendly, and fast.
Store was locked 5.30pm, waited at bowser than waited at door for a good 5mins, rang doorbell. No attendance. Rita raining and cold very annoyed
