I buy 5 chicken tenders in a box for $5.95 five times a week. This morning there were only 3 in a box for the same price. What a rip off. Lady at the counter said things have changed. I buy $250 a week diesel. I have to go somewhere else now.

Terrible service and an awful return policy team member was very rude and sold me the wrong thing didn’t try to resolve the issue whatsoever. Lack of stock and messy store.

Like the convenience of Ampol mobile App to pay for fuel at the pump, saves time.

Petrol prices could be a lot cheaper though.

Biased pump, If operator knows someone then they can come in at night. Very bad service. Please avoid.

They have a great variety of groceries and food items, however when products are discounted their price is not reflected on the self service machine

Very bad service, my coupon code was not working and she said I can’t do anything when I said how the customers knows because some are only coming for this she this is not my problem…

Not much to say. Easy in and out. What annoys me is with this transition of Woolworths petrol stations to Ampol. Some Ampol gives you the 4c off, some don't. The inconsistency is confusing and off-putting.

Be very careful and always check your receipt. I have been charged on multiple occasions for items I didn’t even buy! The rude staff member today said the extra items were on the previous customer’s bill. That has been their initial response every time. No explanation and no apology. Not returning.

Very slow fuel pumps that take forever to fill up compared to other petrol stations. Lately while refuelling with 95, the pump stops entirely and refuses to continue. Attendant just says they'll "inform their manager" but nothing has changed.

Quick and friendly. The store had a great variety of drinks and treats & bits, etc. Diesel price tends to be consistent here. Thx

Very unprofessional staff.i scaned the covid QR code infront of the staff and still he stops me from the exit door and asked me to show them that i have scaned the code i saod i did ot in front of them but they become rude.worst experience ever amd they started fighting over it.

Conveniently located. Diesel was well priced compared to others I drove past on the day.
Inside there were a few items that could be purchased.

Went to put Air in tyre's valve was broken fix that it would be good car's need air in there tyre's

All products on all petrol pumps staff will warm welcoming and friendly premises clean great range of accessories on the racks

Great service station but customer service is very bad. Console operators should go through some customer service training (no offence)

Visited 25/12/2020 at 07: 14am, Worse experience at this fuel station, staff was very unprofessional and rude. There were 2 staff members and i noticed they didn't greet any customer. Not even Hi or hello,
The female operator refused to give me uber discount and asked me to open the uber app and show the scan code from there not the screenshot. It never happened before with me at any caltex station. This was the first time at any caltex staff who asked to open uber app to show them. Such a disrespect and disgrace in front of other customers. I really felt humiliated that time. Plus for woolworths rewards they only give you points not 4cents per litre discount.
Strongly recommend not to visit as you will not get any discount. Moreover, price is always higher then nearby petrol stations. I ll recommend you liberty just 1 kilometer away from this caltex and you don't need any discount from there as their price is always low. Very disappointed from this caltex star mart, i ll never go again it was my third bad experience at this place.
First experience was i visited this place for tea but they only sell coffee which is rubbish as well. Second experience was when i visited for car wash and it was closed for some reason (out of order).
I think they should change there management or get some advice from other franchisees.
On Christmas day they were standing there with sleepy and rude faces. Seriously? I don't think they deserve a single star but unfortunately u have to give star to post your review.

Nothing to complain about, lots of different stock, fuel prices are a little bit higher than others.

Woolworths reward points can be earned but you can't avail the 4c discount on rewards fuel voucher. This station accepts caltex app payment.

Stores clean staff just ok its like they would rather be anywhere but there but not rude just not happy

It's usually 4¢ more expensive compare to other brands which make sense when you use your rewards card and get 4¢ discount per litre
