16Please give training to the staff properly, they don't know how to do customer service at all. One of the worst service station in Melbourne due to poor staff. Please improve it
Go there every morning for coffee, the girls that work there are always a great way to start the day.

Car wash. EXPRESS. I just paid $12 for a car wash and my car came out as dirty as it was when it went in. This is the second time this has happened. I used to always wash my car here without any issues. I will not be coming back.
Its 3rd time that i didn't receive my Uber discount. Every time I go the staff is informing the system is not working. So disappointed.
Been here a few times and 9/10 the service (or lack of is terrible). Was just in now and a simple transaction of filling my petrol did not suffice for a "hi" or a "thank u". I don't even care if it's generic and robotic it's common courtesy to say hello when someone says hello to you. I told the guy thank some manners would be nice next time, which he did respond to. However that was the last time ill be using this petrol station even though its the most convenient
Carwash (automatic) useless broke down whilst in the car leaving soap all over the car its happened more than once to me never coming back
Ps: make sure the maintanance is upto scratch waste of money and time go elsewhere
Store location is very good but I think it’s staff specially RAFI needs some manners. He doesn’t know how to talk with customers and he is representing to CALTEX.
I always fill up here. It has toilet for customers to use. It has a self service car wash or you can use the automatic car wash. Great place great fuel
Very conveniently located in the Cooper Street Epping the Caltex has a 24 hour car wash which is very handy for everyone. Either you can wash the car yourself or use the automatic car wash. The Caltex itself is very nicely kept including the wash room. I have seen some other horror washrooms but this one is maintained nicely. I am a regular to the car wash and for fuel and the staff are very nice and helpful. I go for 98 octane and also Diesel for the Ranger every week. Pity Caltex is moving away from Myer points but still support the Woolworths card.
Even tho got there by 830 am.hardly any hot food. NEED to have more ready espec if offering special 24hrs a day
Grabbed slice of banana bread to have with my coffee, it was mouldy. Pointed it out to staff, they grabbed me another one, removed the best before date sticker and sold it to me. I drove off, opened second slice only to discover this one was also mouldy! This place could do with a visit from a food safety inspector.
Great place for fuel and the car wash is fantastic it gives you a generous 2 minutes time for manually washing your car and it does a great job.
Just a regular Caltech gas station. Service is adequate and you can grad some snacks on the way
Nice and clean inside, it looks better after the renovation few years back. Toilets are availiable
Wanted to thank the guys there for their honesty and care- they found my husband's credit card and contacted him via FB to pick it up! Thank you! Have always loved their polite service as well. Now number one fill up spot for me.
