13I came to purchase fuel, and I left traumatised. This is a literal depiction of the state of the human race. Pure filth
The Indian lady on the counter added $25 to my fuel bill. When I pointed it out, she immediately acknowledged her 'mistake' while I was still talking, and refunded me my money after a long process. I will not be going back to this place, double check your price at the pump before paying!
Fuel was ok but service was rubbish. Went in to pay for fuel and old mate is on a personal call on loud speaker just ignoring me but take my cash. Won’t be returning.
Poor customer service, and couple of pumps doesn't work, coffee machine doesn't work, the rewards and discounts system out of order. Best is to completely close the F$#₩ down.
I’m a regular customer for Caltex stores across Melbourne. Never experienced rude behaviour from staff working in the store. Shame to caltex employing these type of staff.
Beware of the skinny and short Indian staff may cheat you on a coffee fee.
I found l had a payment on coffee after I left the shop, but I just got petrol and I said “NO” when he asked me if want a coffee or not.

Generally pretty good. Sometimes wants me to prepay. I usually put full tank so that annoys me.
Proved my age with 3 different cards with date of birth and name, still declined for smokes, actually pathetic
Rude, humiliated my husband by asking him to prepay in front of all other people there, none of which were asked the Same, we were stereotyped because we have an old car.
