I would not recommend chosing this particular answering service for your business. They do not provide modern services such as booking and appointment services. The call center staff have no idea of pricing or general information on its operation. I asked to speak to the person in charge and was told rather abruptly that the office staff were unavailable to talk to, this mind you during normal business hours. I rang back three time that day and still was unable to obtain any information. I will happily search elsewhere.

My wife and I often like to go on short trips away, down to the coast or up into the countryside, but this is difficult to do if you run your own business. We hated the idea of missing any phone calls while we were away and losing potential clients but with Call Service, we never need to worry about that again! Their friendly professional staff help us out on those days when we get too many calls, or the days when we’ve gone away. We always get a notification from them letting us know who called and when and our business has been fantastic because we never miss an enquiry! Thanks Call Service!
