I would only shop at the Calibre store where Chelsea works. She provides excellent customer service every time we go there. Very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about product.

I have been a costumer for over 20 years and I am so happy with the customer service especially from Chelsea at sth Yarra.
It was the first time I have attended to by Chelsea and she was a pleasure to deal with, happy, positive and not pushy. It was as a another great experience.
Keep up the great service Chelsea.
