16A truly first-class service. Joseph and his colleagues were absolute professionals and provided an amazing service helping me through the process of finding the suit I wanted. Joseph invested the time to understand my needs and suggest ideas. Communication was open, honest and genuine. Clearly many years of experience in the industry. The clothes themselves are a great fit, high quality and overall feel great value for money. Some banter and jokes made the experience easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the brand for the quality product and great experience.
Great clothes and above all wonderful and attentive service from the highly knowledgable staff. I'm between and 30 and 32 trouser but they went out their way to get me the right fit. I'd forgotten just how pleasurable in store shopping can be when it's done right. And these guys do it right. Highly recommended.
I used to like the brand. The service used to be great. Sadly, the service has gone down hill and customers will have to find tailor by themselves.
Great looking cloths and shoes or anything u need for a smart looking guy to dress, great service, will definitely be back
Upon a recent visit I couldn’t help but remain focused “Dani” who walked around the store on the phone talking poorly of staff. She insulted their weight and looks. Stating “we will get rid of them” to other staff on in the store. I am assuming she is a member of upper management and I will no longer be shopping with the brand. This is a disgusting representation of the brand. It is not acceptable to speak about staff like that at all. To do it in front of customers and gossip about it to other staff is frankly bulling and in no workplace acceptable.
Terrible customer service. Asked about redeeming an offer, sales consultant was very presumptuous and condescending. He said what we were looking for wasn't widely available, even across other brands. Turns out Calibre Melbourne Central and other stores close by had it. Very negative shopping experience in-store, so I purchased online. Still waiting to hear back from customer service about an order placed two weeks ago. No updates received, despite reaching out to them.
Oma is brilliant! He made my experience so much more enjoyable. He is genuine and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Great service from the staff, actually the service at all the stores I have been to have been top notch
The customer service was terrible as well, especially the manager. Would never return to this store or even recommending it to others.
The staff wasn’t honest. The staff answered that it was possible to refund if it’s kept in good condition and the tag is still present, but when I returned it appears that there was a notice mentioning that they don’t do refunds.
Love their range of slim fit stretch shirts. They have a big mirror. I like big mirrors. Ask for Jessica, she got the good stuff.
There was a miscommunication between one of the staff members at Emporium and DFO South Warf but they handled the issue professionally and thanks to a small bit of fortune with a missed connection while travelling overseas via Sydney, I was able to pickup the item I bought in Melbourne from Calibre in Sydney. Thanks Jessica!
In March 2016 I bought a black suit from Calibre's Emporium store. The customer experience was good in line with what you'd expect when you're paying $1020 for a jacket and pants. The my issue is with the quality of the product, the suit needs dry cleaning so often because Calibre use a cheap lining under the fabric which is glued to the outer layer. This does not allow the suit breathe. I would not recommend their suits.
