Calibre Cleaning - House Cleaners Melbourne

The cleaner arrived on time (early, actually) and did their job quickly and efficiently. All items on the list were completed. My only gripe is the cleaner won't move anything on bench tops/window sills, so you need to make sure all those surfaces are clear if you want them to be really thorough.

Cleaners didn't do a good job. Kitchen was left basically untouched and bathroom wasn't great either. Not sure what they did in the time at the house. No refund offered only to come back, but by then the furniture was already moved in and I cleaned it all myself.don't recommend this service for the outrageous price and subpar job. No refund is really terrible service.

Booked an end of lease cleaning and the results exceeded my expectations! I did not think the house could look as clean as it did. It's an old house and it practically looked new.

Amazing service, people were extremely friendly and get along really well with the dog and made our family feel safe and secure.

My house was in a bad state and the team from Calibre did such an excellent job my house is sparkling clean! They were on time, friendly, considerate of my dogs and very fast. Will definitely keep using this service.

*edit* honestly in moving into the house I’ve come to realise that the house isn’t very clean. Paid extra for an oven clean and that’s not very good, the floors that have been vacuumed and mopped still have stuff stuck to them. Paid for window ledges to be wiped down which I’m pretty sure was extra and they haven’t. I understand that the house is older so I would’ve been happy to negotiate if more time is needed, rather than paying hundreds of dollars for a “clean” that I’ve just had to come and do myself. Could’ve saved the money and done it myself from the start.

Did a really good job cleaning, it’s an older home and hasn’t been cleaned for a while and with hesitation the cleaners did the entire house were very polite and professional! Cannot thank enough!

The first time was everything ok. My next booking was for yesterday they didn’t show up but they still charged me for the service. Shame

I signed up for fortnightly subscription clean with an estimate that it would take 3 hours per clean. First clean was amazing.
After that, cleaners attended 45 minutes to 1 hour missing bathrooms, floors or bedrooms as per their cleaning schedule.
Management stated it was a subscription service and it was ok for the cleaners to complete the job in 45 minutes even if they miss areas. They are absolutely not interested in customer service, do not care if their workers do not turn up or leave work unfinished, and are uninterested in delivering the services you pay for. Keep away!

Provide a great service! They get the job done efficiently and thoroughly. My house feels clean and fresh. This has been such a helpful service to have when we are a busy family. I know I can rely on them to get the job done well. The booking system is also a breeze.

They are trying to cancel less than 36 hours from the clean. Not a cheap clean either, $650. Will see if they bail like the other one star reviews have said they do. Via TEXT, no less. Couldn't even call me to say "Sorry, we screwed up, here is what we can do".
Just "yeah, we aint coming" Incredibly unprofessional, wish I never decided to go with them.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommended this company to a friend or an enemy.

I paid for a deep clean and checked in advance that products and equipment would be provided. The cleaner showed up without a vacuum or mop, and only cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. After a few calls with the booking teams (it was a too challenging to communicate with the cleaner directly) it was agreed they’d come back to compete the floors and unfinished areas. There was no mopping done at all and they claimed they “wiped the floors” with a rag the first time and that was enough. There was also a claim that the oven was cleaned and I should accept that in lieu of the floors, but it definitely wasn’t done.

Still chasing a resolution/refund weeks later. Once payment is made this company tends to stop replying.

Poor quality work and poorer customer service.

Edit: After escalating profusely, I did receive a full refund. This was my experience off a single clean and based on other reviews in seems that it’s really hit and miss depending on the cleaner you get. I won’t be rebooking because I value my time. I ended up mopping my own floors and cleaning the rest of the rooms. Saga over, still wouldn’t recommend.

Overall I was pleased with the clean, the cleaners were attentive to my cleaning needs and worked efficiently to get the job done. Keep up the good work.

My partner and I are currently overseas and we booked two services with Calibre. The first they had a technical difficulty of getting into the property of which I requested a video of the issue.with no response. Secondly I asked for a reschedule as we had been charged of which I was told No.thirdly I asked them to cancel our future services also with no response and was charged with no clean actually taking place. This has become a stressful experience with being on holidays and I will not be suggesting their services to anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and consider a different company.

I was nervous trying a new cleaning company after reading the range of reviews with not many options available currently for house cleaners post Covid, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and give Calibre a try. I am glad that I did. My allocated cleaner Khyatesh is a lovely person, he was on time, brought his own products and lovely to chat to. His service was really good too. I have locked in a weekly clean with him. I chose to stay home and meet him for the first visit to make sure I felt comfortable providing keys to my home for an ongoing service. I was really impressed and I look forward to his ongoing service.

I am a repeat customer and Steven and his team do a fantastic job, my house is always spotless after they come through, and do all the added 'touches' that others often forget (including emptying bins, organising things neatly on surfaces etc). Highly recommend!

Also, their booking system is so easy and user friendly, which is an added bonus.

More than happy with the overall process and results of the service I was provided with. Communication of wants and needs from first contact to completion was absolutely amazing!

Receiving a quote was quick and to the point, catering a time that was best suited to myself was more than appreciated.

The cleaners who came through for our bond-clean were well presented and professional yet also put in the effort to be empathetic of the stress of moving. The results of the team were outstanding, myself and my partner were thrilled with how thorough they were with their clean.

I would recommend calibre cleaning to anyone that needs a bond clean or any other house hold services without any hesitation!

I have used this cleaning company 3 times the first cleaner I had been assigned was great! However they have now replaced her with a lady who came unprepared (no products, vacuum or mop), couldn’t speak English so was hard to explain what I wanted to be cleaned and did a very basic cleanup of my apartment.

From a professional cleaning service I expect a professional clean.

The kitchen was not touched, smears left on glass (worse than it was before), balcony still had dirt and dust (I paid extra for a deep balcony clean.

I phoned the company asking for somebody else to come and do what was meant to be done and they wanted to resend the same person.

I would avoid this company if you're wanting a good clean with professional cleaners that have experience.

I had high hopes despite the cost but I was disappointed with the joy overall. I paid for a deep cleaning as it was suggested you need this extra cost on your first clean but for almost $300 2 cleaners came for ab an hour and a half. They were nice and friendly but there were several missed spots (around the toilet, cobwebs around the house etc).
