We had a great experience with the customer service at Calibre. Very polite and helpful staff. Calibre offers high quality of men's clothing. We will definitely come back.

Being their regular customer, I was expecting a respectable attitude when it comes to customer service. But unfortunately it was revolting at Chadstone David Jones store.
I purchased a few items in one shopping as always worth thousand. And when I returned t-shirts because they had shrunk significantly, I was accused of not following instructions and using a dryer.
Very unprofessional with respect to the name and reputation of the company and willing to self-sabotage it over a few hundred dollars.
Sadly This brand proved to be cheap in culture although it was my go to for years.

Being a regular customer, unfortunately I have to say Calibre @ David Jones under Catherine’s management totally let me down by a horribly unprofessional customer care.

I had to take down 2 T-shirts purchased weeks ago because they significantly shrank over a wash (unlike previous T-shirts which had outstanding quality) and I was expecting a respectful attitude which professionals would have towards loyal customers. Sadly, Not only I was listened to properly, I was accused of mistreating the product (which I was not new to). Funny I was told they would have accepted the return if they had shrunk less!
Thus, I m going to give a big thumb down for this management strategy and decision which killed the trust and reputation and a flow of other customers.

Exceptional service from Gigi and Simon at Calibre yesterday. They went over an beyond without being pushy. Found my size in 2 different stores and having them sent to Chadstone for me.

I had one of the best retail experiences of my life lol no joke!

I walked in on Thursday in hopes of purchasing a pair of shoes. Tim (sorry if I got the name wrong) was the associate who greeted me and since they didn’t have my size for fitting in the David Jones store, Tim ran up stairs to the other Calibre store and then brought a pair in my size.

Tried it on and it fit perfect but I needed the black pair which was only located in Highpoint.

Tim then proceeded to organise a delivery from the other store by calling them and promised me it would be delivered in one day in time for the weekend.

Rest assured I got a call the next day and when I arrive it was all packaged up ready for me.

He is a true asset to any company and went above and beyond to assist me.

If corporate read this, please acknowledge this amazing employee.

My son and I wandered into DJs Chadstone looking for professional clothes for him and after being completely ignored by the salesman in the suit section, we were fortunate enough to encounter Alex at Calibre who was just the most attentive, respectful and helpful sales assistant! He was amazing! Thank you for making this such a positive experience for both of us - he looks amazing! #wholenewwardrobe #vote1alex

Needed Pair of Patent shoes. David Jones had pair of Calibre shoes I liked which happened to be on sale. Visited Calibre at David Jones the rep advised he has pair left and ask if I could wait. I obliged. 5 min later he brings me different pair tries to sell it to me. I didn't like the pair thanked him for help and left.

I visited the store on chadstone where I was greeted nicely but that's where good service stopped.

I showed the rep Rebecca the same pair of shoes I was after and she she too showed me different pair. I said to her it's not what I am after I really like the design of the pair I am after. She advised it's probably very old stock, she has never seen it.

Now it's not what you say but how it's delivered. The snobbery and attitude was at level I have never experienced before.

I also need silk cummerbund which to my knowledge they only stocked in chadstone. I bought it along with bow tie.

While processing the above order.

The icing on the cake. The audacity to judge by saying "I have never seen that pair and I have been here since June. I said to her it's ok no worries. Her reply, they are $400 more anyway. Wow. I never once asked for price of any shoes or even looked it price tag.

I would give Rebecca 5 stars for her delivery of snobby service and judgemental attitude.

Word around the centre is they are well-known for it and it's how they are trained.

If really didn't need cummerbund I would not have purchased anything from them. It would be last time I will set foot inside their stores.

Be humble.

Calibre offers high quality of men's clothing. A lot of fabrics are made in Europe and Italy. The suits, shirts and polos are usually tailored in Asia but has very best workmanship. A lot of shorts are actually made in Italy.

Calibre Chadstone usually stocks most of the sizes of the clothes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of customers are previous buyers who enjoy the experience and advice and return for either latest updates of fashionable products or too-good-to-be-true bargains.

Who povided a outstandingly high level of customer experience, time and effort, coupled with great product knowledge and friendly manner with a desire to want to make an outfit look perfect. She would always adjust my shirts and pants and jackets and putting on a full outfit from belts and shoes and suits ties and tie pins, pocket squares, shirts and more to grasp each concept:) only thing missing was a wallet lol
It was the full package deal for experience.
And honesty was there as well. When i wanted to try on certain suits, she let me but was helpfully brutally honest, but with a smile and a solution to any problem she or I saw or felt. And when an outfit looked good she was very complimentary and reassuring about the quality of the look on me which boosted the confidence and experience lol
She took pride in what outfit she was selling or suggesting and not just going for the sale. And not just being in agreeance. My budget went from $500 to $2000 and as much as bank account hates me and i regrett it a lil myself - the experience and quality of products was worth it and only encouraged myself to go back when i need more outfits put togeather. Very impressed. Thank you team Calibre and Kassandra

-I paid a $279 for a pair of shoes via the online store only to receive a USED product. When I returned it through AusPost, I was not refunded the return postage which cost ~$15.

-The customer service online was by far the worst I encountered in 2017. On the other hand, the retail store in Chadstone has not provided that 'fancy' service you expect to see at such a popular Shopping Centre.

-An employee from the retail store in Chadstone was not even aware of the online policy, which asserts that customers can return items due to a "change of mind" reason. In my case it was a faulty item, yet the employee though returns are not allowed whatsoever; absurd!

-Another employee was agitated and talked with an insincere tone when I came back to reimburse the difference in price ($55) that was not applied to my second purchase, despite that the online team has already advised that employee of the issue; very unprofessional.
Add to that, the online team could have processed the $55 to my credit card instantly after calling me and confirming card details; however, they just showed how painful they could be, forcing me to drive to Chadstone which took an hour and a half from my precious time.
