This store and one of the associated stores in Melbourne central lack customer service ethic. Whoever operates this store really need to hire service individuals with less attitude and more of a personality rather than robots doing their own stuff and not even bothered to wish customers upon store entry. Of you wish to keep such staff then unfortunately your brand is not going to last long I hope the above gets followed in some way.

Credit where credit is due. Linda from the Highpoint store was amazing! A great example of showing care for customers. She did a fantastic job in sizing me up, sourcing the pants and jacket and getting them delivered to the store. What's more impressive, she went the extra mile and took me to the alteration store to make sure I would be accommodated for a last minute alteration (for Derby Day). Excellent work and thank you!

Don’t offer returns for in store purchases. Don’t tell you this when purchasing in store which is actually illegal. Seems ludicrous that if I purchased online I would have been able to return. Won’t shop here again.

Very refreshing to be looked after by Bianca, she wasn’t pushy at all and was really helpful. Especially after a long day and she was still very bubbly at 10.30pm. Black Friday!

Do not trust this company. Absolutely disgusted. Long term customer, bought thousands of dollars from this brand. Recently purchased some new marino wool tops. When purchased asked the sales rep (who was lovely btw) whats the best way to wash them, she advised cold water gentle wash. I followed these instructions and also followed the recommended care instructions on the tag of the clothing. Funny enough the item shrunk. When i returned the item, response was basically no refund, its your fault. Just absolutely appalling business. Spend $1000 on some tops, wash them as advised, they shrink, consumers fault? Stay away, total dodgy bad quality over priced brand who care nothing about their customers.

Great service, police and helpful. Brendan knew what he was talking about and was very professional. Very helpful with organising a tailor service which did a great job and returned within 24hrs.

Horrible customer experience, turns out customers very often get lied to about the return policy and are told they can refund products in 10 days but this is not the case. Brendan even argued that a refund means a credit note (which it clearly doesn't) and REFUSED to call a manager (apparently people are told all the time that they can refund products and he just knew that my request would be rejected even though we were lied to from the start). Then kept repeating himself that that he could give me a refund that was actually a credit note and not money back, very frustrating. Train your staff to actually listen to your customers, don't argue when you are clearly wrong and DO NOT lie! Absolute joke!

A customer of calibre for many years and I receive the following experience - purchased a black calibre shirt after 2 washes on gentle cold cycle as per instructions shrinks 2 sizes. Returning the garment to the original store I am advised that even though I have a receipt the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Rather, they send it to a lab for "testing". After 2-3 weeks I am advised to come and pick up the item as nothing can be done regardless of the fact that all instructions were followed and a customer of the store for many years with many purchases including same style shirts. I advise all that decide to shop there to ask the question what happens if Garment is faulty so you are completely aware of the process. Disgraceful service and very frustrating as a consumer not to mention the item is supposed to be top-quality considering the value $200 plus - never will I shop for this label again
