It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Matt from Cakes & Vases. We had very short time to organize our wedding cake, Matt was very accommodating and fulfilled our requests to a very high standard. Cake was perfect, we have chosen red velvet, it was delicious, and we received many complements from our happy guests for it. I highly recommend Cakes and Vases and definitely will order cake from them again in the future.

Cake looks great (haven’t eaten it yet so may also taste good!) however service was really poor. I wrote in the comments to get the cake personalised not realising I needed to have added a plaque to my order and instead of a 2 min phone call to me during which I would have happily paid extra for it I just got a note in the finished order saying ‘should have ordered a plaque’. When I went in to collect it the woman just yelled ‘I can’t hear you’ at me twice despite her standing on the other side of the shop and having the radio on loud.things she could have easily remedied if she couldn’t hear me! Surprised as all the businesses round here are usually so friendly.

My beautiful family sent bunches of flowers, an oreo cake & chocolates from your shop to brighten my day. The arrangements were stunning! The service was friendly & efficient. Very disapointed in the flowers I ordered for a ISO birthday! Weeds dont make someone's day, flowers do!

Great team, great communication. We had to make a last minute address change at 9pm the night before a delivery and Turkan was quick to help and change things to make sure everything was perfect for the delivery. Great business.

I was at least 30 mins early and I asked if she was able to bring forward our meeting - I don't think Turkan liked that all (She could've just said, she was busy) However her husband was so nice and polite. Out of all the florist, I had met in person, she was the worst. She was rude and she needs to work on her customer service level.

Her quote was reasonable but i didn't go ahead with it, solely for the poor level of customer service.

The flowers and cake I received from Cakes and Vases for my wedding were simply amazing. The cake with three different flavours was beautiful, delicious and exactly how I wanted it. The flowers were arranged beautifully - they made me feel so happy when I received them on the morning of my wedding. Turkan was so organised, knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Cakes and Vases to anyone planning a wedding or celebration.

I ordered a chocolate mud cake for my daughter's birthday and I
was very impressed with how it was amazingly decorated.
Not only does it look beautiful, but the taste is really good too.
They're a very good choice for some tasty treats.

Turkan and Matt were nothing short of amazing to deal with, they truly created something special for us. There flower set ups were beautiful and exactly what I imagined in my head if not even better. I would defiantly use then for any future events. They set the tone for our wedding truly MAGICAL.

Turkan and Matt have such a professional attitude when it comes to their business their execution on all their work is phenomenal with every tiny detail thought out. Wether it be cake design/decorating or just having that natural flair with their show stopping floral arrangements.

Cakes and vases were great in ensuring delivery of the flowers and cake and I was extremely pleased I was able to submit the order on the phone from the UK. I would definitely recommend them for their beautiful creations especially for people who are overseas and need a reliable service.

I got my daughters Christening cake and floral table centerpieces and people are still talking about them! We had a salted caramel naked cake which didn't just look stunning it tasted amazing. I hadn't used this place before so didn't know what to expect but Turkan was great sitting with me twice to work out the cake design and floral arrangements. I felt confident every step of the way and the end products surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Cakes and Vases.

Highly recommend for such amazing yet affordable wedding flowers and cakes. I had the most stunning wedding bouquets made by Turkan and the team. I have no idea about names of flowers but gave Turkan one photo and what was delivered on my wedding day was breathtaking, such attention to detail and absolutely stunning!
