It was Saturday and my apartment's tempering valve has given up after 16 years.

Messaged 3 plumbers for help and only Darren Caffyn replied. Darren quickly arranged for Paul to resolve the issue.

This provider's booking agent booked in a quote visit for between 9 -11 am and no one turned up. Eventually got through to owner who sugested it wasn't his responsibility and added that "I've got 23 jobs on at the moment" so I hung up. Rude.

My experience with Caffyn Plumbing was a positive one. We had a major replacement of our sewer pipe out to the back lane. They managed to do the job a a time of minimum inconvenience to us and haven't had a problem with it since. They are a bit slow with the invoicing but otherwise, recommended.

Reading other negative experience. However, I experienced positive, as Caffyn Plumbing Services via: Telephone, Internet and their work and workers was Very Positive and Professional!

Terrible service. Came out to see the job. The owner did not call or contact me at all with a price or start date. I was happy to go with them but not now. I called and left messages.no response. Bad business Caffyn. You give tradies a bad name. Ill never use you again which is a pity as you have good staff.

Very unprofessional. Didn't come in the arranged time frame. Didn't fix the problem. Didn't send an invoice on time. Only communicates via a message service. Very poor accounting record keeping and communication. Inefficient. Don't arrive on time or send accounts on time.

He came out and looked over the entire job (whole house re-plumb & extension) and said he'd get a quote back to me in a few days. Never heard from him again. Didn't reply to texts, emails, voicemails or anything. Very unprofessional way to handle it.
