Intimate atmosphere and tasty food - perfectly cooked pasta and flavoursome sauce. The gamberoni starter is also a new favourite

Loved the food, we had potato croquettes for starters, I had a pasta carbonara and my wife had veal cutlets with greens all polished off with a nice central Victorian Sangiovese. Our hosts were very friendly and we were presented with 2 glasses of another lovely Sangiovese to compare. Finished off with banana and butterscotch crepes. Atmosphere and background choice of Italian classics were perfect. Thanks for the experience and will be back

Ordered a range of dishes to takeaway and everything was delicious! Staff were friendly, and added bread and parmesan to the meal which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Dishes were quite generous.
- gnocchi gorgonzola con noci: delicious soft gnocchi, lots of tasty creamy sauce.
- papperdelle con anatra e funghi: soft papperdelle, generous portions of duck.
- beer battered fries: perfect.
- tiramisu: delicious, one of the better tiramisu's I've had this year.
- orange pannacotta: love the tang of the orange, refreshing and light dessert.

Had an awesome experience in this cosy restaurant. Both of us had the specials, which was the scallop risotto and chicken spaghetti with mushroom sauce.

The risotto was light, well seasoned, and tangy, which complement the scallop. In contrast, the spaghetti was creamy & rich with flavour. The negative was the cooking time, which is slightly longer than average.

Overall, Highly recommend if you're looking for solid dining experience around Yarraville. We will go back.

Best tiramisu I’ve tried in my life!
I tried it before deciding to go vegan.and I wish there were more vegan options. For a non vegan, it’s delicious!

Had heard good reviews.but the only good thing was the fact the actual pasta is made in-house. The sauce looked and tasted as though it was out of a jar.disappointing to say the least.and the staff? Not one of them was friendly or polite (referring to 2 of the females that were servicing our table upstairs). No smile.no thank you.they looked really annoyed.not sure if I would go back.

Had a’matriciana pasta, and it was actually better than Pizza D’Asporto (which I freaking love, so it’s a big call). The service was incredible too. Cheerful, prompt, laid back. Seriously top notch place!

Oh my gosh. The perfect date place. The steak melted in my mouth like nothing I've ever eaten before. Pasta was yummy, as were the prawns. Very personable friendly staff. We'll be back!

Such a wonderful night at the cinema followed by the most delicious pasta at Terroni's. My parents usually eat on Lygon st and I wanted to show them what the west has to offer, they said the food and service was even better so thank you! Delightful service from Kirstin and the whole team, great vibes in the new outdoor eating area, and we indulged in the tiramisu to finish which did not disappoint. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Perfect dinner. The beef cheek ragu is too good, and the ricotta ravioli is really special. Book early though as it books out very fast.

We love this restaurant! Have visited many time in the past. Due to COVID19, last night we had a delivery from them. The food was as good as it always is, service was friendly and, due to a minor unforeseen delay in delivery, they threw in a bottle of Pinot Grigio on the house. Looking forward to visiting again in person when everything gets back to normal.

Cafe Terroni has always been our go to date night fave and that hasn't changed luckily because their amazing dine away options during these times. The best part was we couldn't decide so we got two date nights in a row! First night was the amazing restaurant options and the second was their famous lamb ragu with gnocchi so easy to heat at home. Thanks guys for keeping the love/date nights alive

Once you enter Cafe Terroni, you will feel part of an Italian family. Wonderful atmosphere, fabulous food and wine and the service is outstanding. Thankyou Joe and team for making our special occasion a night to remember. Molto bene!

Amazing authentic South Italian restaurant. Food is delicious but it also has a beautiful romantic vibe to it. Definitely recommend.
