Cafe Oliveto Pizza

Quiet little Italian style cafe/eatery.
Service and location are pretty average.
The food is pretty good. Nice pizzas, nice pastas, good portion sizes.
Great for a Friday night pizza night.
Wouldn't recommend for a fancy date.

I have been a customer of Cafe Oliveto for over Ten Years and have never been disappointed.
This is a Hidden Gem in the West

Lasagne was good, great flavour just could have been a little warmer to remain hot to the last mouthful. Pizza was good, The Cairnlea Special was a bit less of the spicy salami but the dough was perfect thickness with a good crust. Fair priced meals, will definately will be back to try more options thanks guys!

I’m a new customer. I have ordered 3 or 4 times now for different relatives and friends and we all give 5 Stars. Great portion sizes and delicious pizza

I'm one of there best customers, No doubt!
Three times in a row. Six can's. The Wrong drinks! Not only that. Zero sugar. Without even asking. & The above has happened at least a dozen times! Worst service! There's NO Excuse!
Suffice to say. I WON'T be Returning! If I could give Zero star's? I would!
They take their customers for GRANTED!

Delicious pizza but it seems they changed the chef because I bought another day and the pizza was not that good.

Just waited 45 minutes for pizza.told me 10 to 15 minutes. Should have been free after that long. Looking for another pizza shop now

There pizza is valid the pizza taste really good and has lots of flavours and a good amount of pizzas slices for the price.

Shocking bland marinara pasta. Bbq chicken wings is literally chicken wings with bbq sauce poured over the top. Absolutely waste of money. Stay away from this place.

Always good food here, made fresh and generous sizes. Both the pizza & pasta have never disappointed us.

Still a great pizza and pasta place even after the move across the road. We like getting the beef tortellini with the vegetarian sauce, or the gnochi with bolognese sauce. The pizza is also quite good we go for the Aussie and the Super Special and of course garlic bread. Also, the pasta serves are quite large for the price, it feeds 2 moderately hungry adults and 2 small kids.

New location, clean venue. Service was fine.
But food was below average.
Lasagna received in a takeaway container looked ok, I placed on a plate at home it went as flat as a pancake. The mince was puréed the lasagna sheets were chewy just not nice. Sorry

Sad to see this business close - the most reliable takeaway pastas in town, always great taste and value. Sure hope it’s only a renovation and not a closure, but if closed, will be sorely missed

Horrible service! Ordered an Uber eats to pick up and received a call to be advised that they had run out of stock and they were going to cancel my order. Waited for ages and my order was still not cancelled. Rang and spoke to the staff due to manager not willing to come to the phone to discuss this issue. Finally owner came on and he was not only rude but refused to refund my money for an order I never received and stated their system is down. Very poor customer service, manager has no people skills and it’s an absolute disgrace to treat regular customers the way I have been treated tonight

I ordered from here on Friday the 7/5/2021
And it was the worst service I’ve ever received!
I ordered 4 pizzas at 6: 16pm and was asked if I wanted to pick up or delivered I told the girl on the phone delivery please that way I could get 3 kids bathed and ready for dinner and was told 45mins to 1hour I said okay that’s fine. 7: 30pm came and no pizzas I called and told the girl on the phone that I haven’t received my pizzas she told me that she doesn’t control what time the delivery drives drop them off and then when I asked her if she could see if someone else could tell me she told me oh wait they are still cooking and that they will be done in 5mins! Then when I said to her what happened to 45mins to an hour for delivery she just kept saying I don’t know!
Then I give them until 7: 45 still no pizzas so I called up again and was just told that they don’t know why it hasn’t being delivered yet and just kept being put on hold then was told that no one could help me because there is no manager in
When we finally got the pizzas at 8pm they where cold and didn’t taste nice so I will never order from this place again!

Would give negative stars if I could! Extremely poor service. Prices are reflective of the quality of food - CHEAP!

Poor customer service - waited for more than hour for our food to be served to us to which it looked they had forgotten if we hadn’t made eye contact with any one of the servers.
One star is way too generous!

Edit: I didn’t dine in actually, and never stated I did in my review. If you were this quick to make our meal like you were to respond to a bad review maybe there is hope for improvement in your service!

Good pizza and pastas, My favourite is their $10 parma monday nights!

The wait isn't bad if you call up in advance, it's understandable that they are busy:)
