Cafe Harmony espresso bar reviews
25Great Cafe, coffee is always good. Food is always good. Service is always good. Can't fault.
Disappointed to order and pay extra $2 for a (small) thickshake to only be served a milkshake. Queried staff and got no answer. Service is ordinary. Surely staff could've brought out 1 milkshake to the table. They weren't busy, apart from talking amongst themselves. Disappointed.
Coffee was good and good temperature to drink. Staff friendly. Busy little coffee shop and all staff working hard. Only negative was the cost of 1 scone which I thought was a little high. I get they have to make money but it did put me off ordering anything for Lunch as there is no prices on display so really didn't want to ask the lass on the counter as there was people behind me. (Didn't want to hold people up). So the only negative is no prices displayed. Otherwise great little Cafe.
Amazing coffee and mochas. Always consistent and no one else comes close to their barrister skills. In house made foods are delicious and they do fresh juicing.
Lovely coffee and baby chino. Staff very nice. Good selection of food and cakes. Very clean. Will definitely be back.
Louise makes the best coffee! Jarryd finished his coffee within a minute this morning.all 3 of us really appreciate our morning coffees made by Louise, thank you team harmony!
Coffee was lovely and scones were very nice. My only gripe was the serving size of the jam for the scones. Really, it's not a big cost item, and to be charged extra for what amounts to a tablespoon full, left me bewildered. Other than that it was a very nice, and I'll be back for sure.
Best cafe in carrum downs. It’s the only cafe I have found that does a chai latter with the tea leaves instead of the unhealthy powder version. The staff are really friendly and they’re super pram/baby friendly. Highly recommend.
My latte was like warm when I saw another customer complain about hers not being hot I didn't bother to speak up because she got a rude response. The worker actually said to her you just want another one don't you? He was rude. We couldn't win with our order either apparently the heat had been turned off for the day so the choices were really limited, the woman that served us was no better either and kept on saying just what's there you can have nothing else. My friends and I will not be returning, used to be nice, maybe new people?
Large cappuccino $5.70! Must be the most expensive coffee in Carrum Downs.probably taking advantage of covid to put prices up.
Extremely overpriced - purchased a lamb and rosmary pie which was mouldy when my partner had taken a bite.
After being charged 30cents for the cardboard coffee carrier today (no one else charges) I was buying 3 large coffees and cannot manage to carry them otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere, I know things are tough for business but but an arbitrary charge for something that is necessary is a bit wrong.
I used to love the coffee here but with some such rude people I doubt I will want to come back. A blonde girl who made my coffee today asked me to wait outside for my coffee using an imperative tone. When my coffee was ready she yelled "here is your cappuccino". No thank you, no smile, no have a nice day.nothing.her face was looking like she's just had a lemon. With such "nice" employees and customer service.good luck in surviving those times when customers should be even more looked after as they are not many.
The owner goes above and beyond to take care of his customers especially the elderly and vulnerable during a pandemic/lockdown. Won't say what he did but will say it brightened my day just hearing his kind words.
Coffee was fantastic along with service.
Couldn't have been a better experience!
Not aged or disability carer friendly, you cannot bring your lunch and water with you to have with your client or customer unless you want to pay for their overpriced food and coffee.
Edit: I never used bad language i don't know where you pulled that from, and the roll was not from the bakery but my lunch i made at home as i have allergies so i can't eat takeaway foods.
Last Sat at 2 30pm was disappointed upon entering cafe the waitress quickly put chairs on tables so we couldn't sit, our lemon meringue pie was put in a take away container which was pretty impossible to share. I have worked in many cafes and always considered customer service top priority but obviously not here.
Every single one of their locations are amazing! No matter what I get it always comes out as i like it
Save your money, rather drink mud. Charging 4.90 for armond latte on a $14 per kilo coffee bean
Amazing stuff!
My friend took me here for breakfast - we were instantly greeted with great customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.
After placing our order of Nutella Waffles for the both of us, we waited a short time, casually reading the up-to-date newspapers and suddenly a handsome young lad brought our meal to us. It was apparent he was taking extra care with it.
And oh my! How cleanly arranged it looked! The only thing that could beat a presentation like that, was the taste and texture of the waffles. It was delicious.
My only regret was not being able to personally thank the chef. We had overstayed a little bit (however, it sure was worth!) and as such, sped off in a hurry.
I'll definitely be back for more. Keep up the good work!
I went into this cafe a few weeks ago (and yes this was before the fire) with my new born and I asked whether I could order a coffee and sit in the corner to breastfeed my baby (completely covered of course). The lady serving me said that was fine but no prams we’re allowed in the cafe. There was no one in the cafe and if I sat in the corner I would have been out of everyone’s way however I was still not allowed. I ended up leaving the cafe and having to sit on a park bench to feed my baby as this centre has no baby change room. To me, having the rule “no prams” was just a way to not have mums breastfeeding their babies in their restaurant. Very disappointing
