The customer service is unmatched and the staff truly cares about their customers.
It was our grandmas birthday and they went above and beyond to make her feel extra special.
The food is delicious and large portion sizes!
Highly recommend!

Stopped in at this cafe as the reviews of their chicken were quite high, and the BLAT with Chicken we had was no exception.

Juicy, tender and well cooked, the burger was just the right thing! The chips probably should have been salted when they were still oiled, as the salt doesn't stick to them and so taste rather bland.

The iced chocolate was alright, though the glass was I'll fitting, as the outside became condensated quickly, meaning it's round shape was hard to grasp.

Overall, a solid 4/5, and I will definately be back to try their fried chicken!

I live in Drouin approx every 6 weeks we travel to Traralgon for our big shop.
I make sure i order one of there beautiful pizza's for lunch i can honestly say they have best in Gippsland

Nice food but was a bit disappointed with the service this time. Had lunch with friends and had my baby in a pram. Got asked by staff to move to another table due to my pram blocking the single table next to us because they wouldn’t be able to use that table for someone else. So got banished to the back of the restaurant where there was also another couple of people with prams who they did the same to. So for a “so called” family friendly restaurant, they’re not very family friendly, very disappointing. The most annoying part was that the restaurant wasn’t fully booked and while we were there, there was at least 6 single tables that weren’t getting used so it wasn’t imperative for us to move from our original comfortable booth table at all.
Probably wouldn’t recommend if you’re going with a baby in a pram because apparently they take up too much valuable room

Just had Eggs Benedict and family had Pancakes with Strawberries, Icecream and Syrup. All very happy with food and service.

Food never disappoints. Staff are wonderful. Alluring atmosphere. Fair price for such delicious meals. Nothing to criticise.

Enjoyed a very nice meal here last night, the risotto was superb. A big thank you to all the staff last night after a friend in our group had a medical episode, they were very caring and went out of their way to assist. We held them up with closing too! Our friend recovered well

Absolutely amazing meals. Partner and I order entrees and dinner (and some cocktail because why not) have to say the meals are absolutely amazing and very large as well, should not have ordered the entree's as o rolled out of their like a stuffed chicken!

Food is nice and service has always been amazing. Was always served by a young gentlemen who was lovely, however it seems he isn't around as often anymore. Definitely recommend!

Food portions are disproportionate to the price of the food, in a bad way.
The dishes tasted ok, but my partners pizza was so overly oily/greasy it looked unappealing.
At least their coffee was pleasantly above average!

First time there. Great food. What I had I thought was a tad over priced but still delicious. Staff needed reminding about a drinks order but otherwise a very enjoyable visit.

Meals are great and have a good rotation of specials. Customer service was excellent and we're very attentive to the customers, not to mention how kind and respectful staff are. Recommended highly.

Excellent Coffee. Awesome Friendly Staff. Great Menu. A little pricey.but Oh, so worth it for the quality. New Renovations look fantastic. But. People go out to eat. So. If I could choose one improvement it would be to get rid of the TV's.
