Cafe Cubin

A cafe that had barely any ingredients and blatantly refused to cater for a dietary requirement in this day and age. The staff were rude and dismissive, after ordering an omelette we were advised that basically every ingredient except for the egg was available. I won’t be back.

Nice little cosy Cafe. Staff are friendly. Seating is nicely laid out and not too close to other tables. Haven't tried anything apart from their bacon and egg rolls. First time ordered a roll here, it was great, second time round, eggs and bacon was burnt, Both occasions they have been hot, but the roll is dry, so better of asking for extra sauce. If any, just like eating food hot and this place serves it well.

Went here thinking it was open, even the sign on the front said open but was actually closed. Kinda disappointed as it looks nice.

This cafe makes the best eggs Benedict by far and I’ve had it all over the world and wow they make it too another level! The coffee is great too and the staff lovely personal and friendly highly recommend.

Stopped in for a take away coffee, the coffee was nice however it felt like the cafe was not fully open yet.

Very average, the Cheese doesn't taste like anything in the frozen croissant. Feta taste like white egg and your coffee is like your instant one but the the outdoor and courtyard are very nice.

What a beautiful cafe and they are dog friendly as well. My pup and I had such a good time. And their coffee and bagel were both delicious!

Love this place! Great food and amazing coffee. Staff are super friendly and the courtyard out the back is full of beautiful plants, such a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. Highly recommend

I just brought 2 sandwiches here, 1 was on a crust with no butter the other was on on rock hard bread with no butter as well

This is a super place to get coffee in the mornings or something for breakfast. The people are super friendly and it has a real community vibe. Since I've been wfh this place has been a source of great coffee and the bacon and egg roll was suburb. Highly recommend this place

This is delightful new cafe in Altona North in a small group of shops. The owners have only had this cafe for a couple of months now and whilst the menu is small, it made it much easier to understand and given the food was all home made it delicious.

I really enjoyed the mural artwork and the Chinese warriors welcoming me to the cafe. And the retro items like an old telephone was fun.

There is a safe and secure courtyard out the back and a kids play area which is handy.

Initially I had a strong skinny almond latte which was very good, and this cafe uses milk lab coffee so I was impressed. There was a lot of milk froth and the coffee flavour was nice.

Food wise I had 2 perfectly cooked poached eggs w benedict sauce and prosciutto on sourdough. The eggs were runny, the prosciutto really thin and excellent quality.

My dining companion Split The Bill ordered a halloumi bagel which she thoroughly enjoyed. I didn’t get to taste it but from all reports it was a winner, lol.

The Pellegrino drinks were good, and for dessert I had a caramel slice which was amazing! OMGosh hahaha it was too good!

Overall this is a solid cafe and definitely worth a visit.

Nice little spot to pop in for a coffee. Quite small and limited spots. But the coffee is good and would definitely recommend it.
