12Took a seat, there were multiple available tables. Chose our breakfast and went to place our order and were rudely told they weren't taking orders for 45 minutes. Terrible service
Have been coming to Cafe 96 every week since relocating from Naarm, this is the only place around here where you can walk in and stock up on:
Bulk organic food
Fresh sourdough pastry (Thu)
Vegan sweets
Local honey, walnuts, EOO, vinegar
Bulk castile soap, shampoo, washing detergent. AND the best peanut butter that is literally crack.plus so much more. All accompanied by smiling faces. 96 is hands down the most welcoming and friendly place within 100km

Great coffee and homemade food. Love the display of products from local businesses and the selection of bulk goods (flour, sugars, grains, cleaning products and more). Also excellent bread and pastries on a Thursday morning! A great place to bring kids for a chino with plenty of room around tables for prams. The team are delightful.
Very busy today, many mainly older folks. They were hosting a charity event for cancer organization.
Ordered 1 SLICE of Rasin toast now I think $5.00 is just outrageous, so cancelled it and just had coffee.
My partner had the big breakfast which looked fantastic. I ordered the french toast with seasonal topping and maple syrup, which was VERY disappointing. No seasonal topping to be found (unless it was the decorative greenery), and the french toast itself was a bit dry (maybe needs some more eggs).
Overall, pretty good, but a bit hit and miss on the dishes.
Enjoy catching up with friends in this welcoming space with friendly staff and delicious servings. I enjoy the eclectic surroundings as well.
Tasty food with that country flavour. Lovely friendly staff and comfortable dining area. Great place to stop for a feed on your travels. Highly recommend!

Lovely cafe in Seymour's main street. Big dining area, friendly staff. Quick and efficient service. Lovely coffee. Had the eggs Benedict which were the best I've ever had.
