Generally happy with the product and installation.a bit shocked at the cost, to be honest.we would have liked larger samples to be available for viewing more locally rather than having to travel to the showroom in Dandenong a couple of times.also, we did get one stove top/sink cut out cut into 2 pieces that we paid extra to have the edges polished but we were disappointed that we were not given the other cut out as requested.

The free cleaning pack was sent to my home and really helps the bench look and stay just as good as it looked when it was installed!

Very poor service, poor communication. I enquired about purchasing Stone for my build, was told bluntly I would not be serviced due to not being a large builder. No help or solutions were given. Other Stone manufacturers were more helpful and well priced.

My new caesarstone is perfect in each area, from kitchen to bathrooms to laundry! I absolutely love the white/light grey mist colour with a gorgeous white lighting-like marbling throughout. It is so easy to look after especially with a big household! Installed in Warrnambool and with excellent care instructions and cleaning sample products.

The product has a superb finish and is very easy to clean. Does not show up marks, fingerprints, etc. You really have to look for them; and they are so easy to remove. Simply wipe over with a wet soapy cloth. The product was fitted professionally by a well qualified team in a very quick time. The detail was very prominent in their workmanship. Very happy with choosing this as our benchtop.

Great to see variety of bench tops all in one location with larger samples which are much easier to visualise than small swatches. Very friendly staff also.

Sleek concrete (4003) is not fit for purpose. This surface is like a sponge and absorbs everything. You cannot clean this product, you can't get it wet, you can barely touch it without leaving a mark. It's only been 6 months though my bench tops look terrible. The ceaserstone cleaning products made it worse. I'm not the only one to complain regarding this product. Will be following up with ceaserstone. This product was definitely not worth the money

You guys are about to get sued so hard! Those Class Actions are coming, better get good lawyers. You were negligent, now you will pay the price literally.

Top notch Quartz (Stone) and Porcelain products from Caesarstone. World-class brand bringing style amd elegance into the home. Great showroom to visit, friendly staff, helpful and great displays. Plenty of parking too.

As part of our kitchen renovations during Aug- Nov'22, we have used the services of Caesarstone for benchtop, recommended by RoseMount Kitchens. The staff involved with measure and installation work are very professional and friendly. When an issue was raised regarding a gap at the bottom of bench, they attended immediately and fixed it to our satisfaction.

Bought a Caesarstone bench stone in 2011 and in2018 did notice that is had a lot of scratches, as it was still in warranty, I contacted caesarstone who took few weeks to get back to me and finally made a appointment. Rep Leigh came on the 1 /3/18 and told me that all the scratches were caused by sharp knife I am a ex chef and would never use a knife on a stone bench. I was looking at some warranty and I pick up the paper work from caesarstone and nothing much to do so I posted it on ligne regard Alain

No issues with the stone and have also gotten a care package which is great, not that we've needed to use it. Thanks!

My wife loves the ease of cleaning, the sleek look and the durability. After putting up with laminated benchtops for many years we decided to renovate and use the earthy tone of Organic White. It goes well with everything and it is the centre piece of our kitchen. Would recommend Caesarstone to anyone!

We moved into our newly built home recently and have Caesarstone benches in our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and powder rooms. I’ve never had them before, but absolutely love them so far. They look beautiful, are easy to wipe down, but best of all things that used to stain my Laminex benches in our old home, wipe of so easily with no effort at all. Excellent product!

I had a team come out to my house to make a few minor repairs to my kitchen bench. They were lovely to deal with.

With all the technology available, the Caesarstone visualiser is the worst of any company. So difficult to have any idea what a stone actually looks like.

Product was fitted and installed above standard, very happy and made the right choice. Also they provided cleaning materials to keep the caesarstone clean and shinny.

My chosen stone looks great, exactly like the sample and the Installion and after service from Ceasarstone exceeded my expectations.
