Friendly customer service and prompt work, but they fitted a car part which is completely different from the original with holes in it, for around the same price. Now my left and right fog housing looks completely different, thanks for that.

David was very professional, managed to deliver what he promised. Provided me with a new BMW key coded and cut with comfort access for less than half the price Glen Waverley BMW was going to charge.

Extremely professional from start to finish. I called to ask for an emergency service as my clutch was making a horrible grinding noise when I changed gears and they booked me in the very next day. Came in first thing and was offered a courtesy car and by midday they had completed their assessment and quote which was very reasonable. To my surprise my car was ready the following day and drove like a dream again. I would highly recommend David and his team and will definitely be back for my next service.

Strongly recommend these guys know what they doing 99.99% very smart on diagnostic and Repair straight to the point not mucking around I can garantee he will fix any small to major such as cutting key and reprogram to rebuilding engine, brakes&suspension work they also AutoElec license they will fix all problems that other machanic can’t fix they have dealer level computer tools and their staff are highly trained I have been dealing with David and James for more than 4 years they do all my RWC for my personal business and I would says this workshop is one of the smartest workshops and fair price in south eastern melbourne suburbs!
