CACAO Chocolates and Macarons

Thanks so much to the lovely lady who helped me out when I arrived not realising I was meant to pre order online! I got a box of macarons and chocolates, both amazing - especially the macarons. Thank you!

Do not order these products as a surprise present for anyone! They use Australia post and then suddenly the chocolates land in a parcel locker - with the addressee having no access to it as the code comes to your email instead. Not sure about the product but the delivery idea is bad.

I've ordered from them multiple times and their service has always been spot on. From the sample box I was given as a gift, I'm now a convert and can't believe how decadent these chocolates are. If you have a sweet tooth or just want a gift that is different you can't go past CACAO. Verry happy returning customer.

So yummy! Received a box of the macarons as a gift from my employer. Wow, what a treat - they're delicious! Will definitely be ordering them for friends and family moving forward. Highly recommend!

Unsatisfactory customer service and delivery. I never received my Macarons and Chocolates. I received an email stating "We will notify you when [your order] has been sent. " But I was never notified as promised. I called several times before my order was delivered but was told they couldn't give me a timeframe of the delivery (even though the items had been picked up a couple of days prior). A lot of mucking around, will order from La Belle next time.

I ordered macarons prior to Christmas delivery cut off, sadly delivery was attempted AFTER Christmas (attempted as I was not home, partly my fault) after failed delivery the macarons were then flown back to Melbourne (? !?) and then were once again flown back to Adelaide where I received the delivery on Jan the 4th, more than 2 weeks after the initial order, quality was lacking as to be expected (made 2 weeks ago), flavour still held itself well, I could imagine freshly delivered macaron would be exceptional, I would not know however. Rating based on overall experience, which was lacking for a 'proud' company

I am struggling to find the words to describe these. Heavenly, Delicious, Pretty, Quality, Perfect is what comes to mind. These are seriously incredible.

I ordered hand selected chocolates to be delivered as an Iso gift, great service, delivered within 30 hours of ordering, Mum and the postie were both excited, beautifully wrapped with a cold pack in the box and the chocolates were exquisite

Beautiful chocolates and macarons! I honestly didn't want to eat them because of how beautiful they looked haha. My order was delivered quickly and everything was delicious, will definitely order again from here soon!

I ordered chocolates yesterday. BAM.delivered within a couple of hours. And THEN.they are the BEST chocolates and macarons you will ever taste. Each one is a masterpiece, made with exceptional skill and love.
That one star review HAS to be bogus or else it is some competitor. I don't believe the bad reviews for ONE MINUTE.
My doctor - (who I bought the hamper for) could NOT believe it.and wondered how it was she had lived in Melbourne and never heard of Cacao before. She told me to: Tell Mr Cacao I LOVE HIM and his work.

Delightful products that bring pure joy! The quality and flavour of the chocolates and macaroons are amazing, and are beautifully packaged, perfect as gifts. The chocolates in particular have unique flavours and are also visually stunning. Truly well made. Reliable and responsive customer service to any concerns with online orders.

Had a wonderful experience with Cacao. Delivery remains on schedule despite all the travel restrictions. Customer service was excellent, I received several emails that updated me on the status of my order. My partner says these are the best macarons he has ever tasted. Even his parents, who aren't the biggest fans of sugar absolutely adore the macarons! I will be back for more!

Customer service was wonderful, with staff calling to confirm a delivery time for an online order. Delivery arrived promptly - courier was courteous and friendly. The macarons were packed with care (not a single broken or melted macaron!) and were absolutely delicious! Very impressed! Will definitely be ordering from Cacao again!

You can tell these guys love what they're doing. The treats and delicatessens are amazing and the packing with the macaroons assures they get to where they're going exactly as they should.

I ordered cacao's macarons as a suprise for my boyfriend's birthday. He said they were super yummy and loved them. The most delicious chocolates on the market! Have purchased from cacao for all occasions and it has even got me out of trouble with the wife a few times.

My experience with this company has been fabulous! The staff were extremely helpful on the phone and when we picked up the chocolates they couldn't have been more friendly and willing to help.
The chocolates are presented magnificently and the taste was beyond compare. We'll be back when we next need a luxury gift to spoil someone special.

Placed a huge order of mixed hampers for deliver over Christmas. I wasn't expecting goods to be sent 5 days before expiry date. Not everyone wants to eat "fine quality" sweets all at once. While this was a BEST BEFORE date, 2 weeks had passed and the macaroons were totally covered in green mould. I'm embarrassed, disgusted and it makes me question the levels of hygiene used in your kitchens to produce "fine quality" goods which can accumulate such massive growth of bacteria in such a short time frame. I bought my order from you for gifts for 3 people. Only 1 person has finally spoken up to tell me about this and shown me photos. I was speechless. Happy to share photos if you, too, wish to question what you're really paying all that money for.

I ordered a large box of chocolates for Mum's birthday. They arrived very promptly, but unfortunately, most were damaged in transit.

I took photos and let them know. They were very apologetic and replaced the order FOC.

Their chocolates are impeccably made and taste just as spectacular than they look. Yuzu ganache was their chocolate I tasted in QLD that made me hunt for the makers. A treat for discerning chocolate lovers.
