Cabrini Brighton's exemplary care extended beyond the basic comforts, as they recently facilitated a medical procedure for my friend. Throughout the entire process, their attentive staff prioritized their well-being, ensuring their comfort and providing clear and thorough information every step of the way. The combination of their dedicated medical expertise, compassionate approach, and immaculate facility truly sets Cabrini Brighton apart as a top-tier healthcare provider.

Still forcing ineffective masks on staff and patients despite the end of the covid emergency months ago by Victorian and Australian governments and the World health organisation. Appalling virtue signalling from a Private business and lack of understanding of current scientific research showing masks have no effect on virus transmission.

Husband needed to go here for appointment and when rang at 3.15 to schedule they had just had a cancellation and had an availability at 4.15. So how good was that! Thanks Cabrini. Staff friendly and efficient.

This morning I had a cateract operation under the excellent expertise of Doctor Cleary and anaesthetist. Dr. Gattuso. I was so impressed with all of The Brighton Cabrini staff starting with the clerical staff at the front desk. All staff ensured I was attended to professionally and with a cheery nature helping to put me at ease. I would like to give special praise to Hannah who was responsible for iniating my details for surgery. Her patient and friendly nature was much appreciated. Congratulations to all the staff who assisted me this morning. Peter Draper Brighton.

Excellent directions but no voice! Fortunately my passenger was able to read out the instructions.

I had been anticipating my long-awaited complete knee replacement which had been further delayed by the ridiculous 'Code Brown' delay, and when I finally got in for the surgery there was of course the dread of the 'unknown' of a major surgery. I cannot stress how each and every member of the Cabrini Brighton team made me feel at home, safe, in excellent hands, and like a special boutique client rather than 'big soulless hospital'. From the amazing receptionist (who put me at ease as she had had the same surgery from my surgeon, Adrian Trivett, 2 years earlier and was fully recovered, to the amazing people that include (here we got: Jarred and Fiona my anesthetist and her assistant, Nurses Brianna, Bianca, Hanna, Clare, Sue, and Ina followed by Tracey and Jenny. Stephen and Pam in radiology, Mary the epic head nurse who was so astonishing and smart and caring and thorough (as was everyone!) to Hiro and Carolyn in the evenings. The young men who delivered the excellent food and coffee along with Peter and Galena from the restaurant, and Sally, Ting Ting and Deb on the final day. There may have been others, and if I forgot you let's blame the Endone.but whether recent uni grad or absolute veteran, the professionalism was astonishing and there was nothing left to guesswork. It was major, it was and is painful and there's rehab and recovery ahead, but the major part is over and I can't imagine every going to any other hospital, ever. And being part of the Brighton community near where I lived was also epic. So many T

As long as one can afford the service, it is quite good, most of the nurses are caring but some have been at it a bit long and no longer notice or care but overall a wonderful service from the surgery and pre and post care teams

I've had surgical procedures done in two other private hospitals and I would rate the service I recieved at Cabrini Brighton the best I've experienced to date.
Not only do staff take the time to explain the what and how of the procedure they also explain the why. For me that's important.
Keep up the good work Cabrini Brighton and thank-you for your excellent service.

Continuous reports of negligence by staff.extremely poor infection control and more interested in money than patient care.dont be fooled by location

Had to have a cat scan at Cabrini Brighton and the lady who did it was really empathetic and lovely. I absolutely hate hospitals (petrified of them) but in this is instance it was a weirdly positive experience, so thank you.

My positive experience with my 3 day stay at Cabrini Brighton was overshadowed by unprofessional administration staff who lied about added costs associated with my surgery charging me for surgical glue and items that should have been covered in the $10k plus I paid them
Nursing staff were fantastic

Spent overnight at Cabrini Brighton after having my gall bladder removed. All the staff including admissions, admin, nurses etc were fantastic. Very efficient, friendly and caring team. Cabrini executive should be very proud of all their employees, especially as they have to undertake their tasks under trying Covid protocols. Thankyou to all of you!

My partner has had two surgeries here and each time he leaves telling me how great a hospital it is. It is always his first choice for care, the staff and the efficiency at which the hospital is run are the real stand outs.

I had a steroid injection today with Miranda and Dr Sim Singh looking after me in the radiology department. It was my first one and they were brilliant at explaining everything & going through post-op instructions. They were on time, extremely professional and friendly. No idea what the long-term effects of the actual procedure will be but the staff did everything perfectly & I appreciate their work so much.

Thanks guys - I was trying not to cry on the way out it just feels amazing to walk without pain again

I have just spent a week undergoing treatment at Cabrini Brighton. During my stay in ward 49 I was cared for by many nurses and staff who, without exception, treated me with kindness, patience and professionalism.
I cannot remember all the names of the carers but would like tocongratulate 'Maree' for motivating her Team of heroes.
All of you made a difficult period in my life comfortable and cheerful
Kind Regards

John Evans

The stars are for the nursing staff, who are stars.
But the booking clerk in Oncology who was so unkind earned a demerit. As did the person of great authority who told me I had no right being in the hospital despite the fact I explained my partner was recovering from a stroke and had difficulty in expressing himself, particularly under stress.
However I checked the website and I read the following.
Exceptions to our no visitor policy include:

When a patient requires assistance with communication, wayfinding, mobility, personal care or behaviour management.
Perhaps the only staff aware of this exception are the nurses. Three cheers for the nurses.

I had a Flexible Cystoscopy performed by Dr David Dangerfield on the 21/08/2020 and must say the whole process from check in to release was absolutely first class. I could not speak more highly of all involved and was most appreciative and grateful for the professional skill, care and bedside manner provided by Dr Dangerfield, his wonderful staff and the rest of the hospital team. Sincerely John Crouch.
