I have not had a good experience with this company. I ordered 7 overhead cabinets. 1 of them was miscut, requiring a new piece. This replacement piece was not delivered when promised, leaving my project stalled. When I called to ask where the replacement panel was I was told they would call me back in a few minutes, which they did not. I do not know when I can continue with my project as I am unsure when or if I will receive the correctly cut piece.

In addition to the above, my cabinets are faced with melamine which in parts have tear out from the factory cuts, leaving a poorly finished edge.

I picked these cabinets up from the warehouse. They were not packed in any way, just loose on a pallet, requiring loading of each piece individually into my van. Of course, loading in this way meant the panels slid around on top of each other. The staff were happy to provide offcuts pieces for padding, which helped a little (the panels slid into the offcuts instead of the side of the van), but I was expecting some sort of cardboard or packing material. Perhaps this was my misunderstanding.

Furthermore, there are no instructions provided for assembly, just a list of screws that may or may not be relevant to your cabinets (it's a generic document regardless of what you order). Assembly is easy for me as I have the necessary skills and tools, but I doubt it would be as easy for someone without.

With many other cut to size cabinet factories around I would not choose this company again and do not recommend it for DIY customers.

Great service and competitive prices. We had our overhead laundry cabinets completed and installed by Cabinetworx to match our builder's cabinets. Right from the start we had a very helpful measure and quote, were kept informed during build phase and installation was carried out by their installer. They did a better job than our builders cabinet maker!

This is the worst Cabinet making business in the entire world.failed to supply the correct items, did not receive all the items invoiced and refusing to refund. Paul will rip you off blind, Do NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST PAUL. Worst customer service and lying you could imagine

Very poor response. Emails sent with measurements as asked for but failed to get any reply. If you cant do the job for any reason you should tell the customer.

Had shoe shelving made to match the inbuilt robe I had done and it looks fabulous. Easy to install, great price, quick delivery and very helpful staff.
I'll be back to do my vanities and mirrored robes etc. Highly recommend:)

We had 2 kitchens made with cabinetworx & the turned out fantastic, we forgot to order a cpl of things on the first order & the customer service was fantastic to help us get the additional panels we needed. We were very happy all round

Although website is easy to navigate; I was asked for more money after initial payment was made reasoning that there was miscalculation. Was told late Jan and delivered on 10th Feb. Drawers look good quality but finishing of the work is not good. Left uncovered wood on top shelf of my WIR. Would not recommend.

Excellent service received goods within 5 days.
Highly recommend them for any cabinetry required
Will definitely be going back for my next project
