71 star for the service. We asked to have a sample then after 1 second of tasting it he asked us if we are ready to order or he would serve someone else. The service is totally trash. We didn't even get to order. So don't come here unless if you want to get shout at.
Worst service. Need to change front staff for shop to survive in long term. When kids buying ice cream it surely takes time to choose flavour! You cant rush customers in their first few second.
I had an amazing experience at C9 Chocolate & Gelato last night. The ice cream they served was absolutely delightful.
What truly set this place apart was their exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly to offer us ice cream even after they are closed, just so that a 5year old is not sad and the kid enjoys a sweet treat.
C9 Chocolate & Gelato has definitely become my go-to spot for the best ice cream in town. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!
The ice cream I had was nice but unfortunately the service was lacking. My partner waited for about 15 minutes for his dessert after I was given my ice cream. It was disappointing.

Beautiful. Lovely lady gave great customer service. The guy there can do with a smile and actually bother being there. Would be 5 stars but my dude needs a gf or something to give him a smile. Choice one
