C. Fulton - Garden Supplies, Crushed Rock Cheltenham

During one of Melbourne's lockdowns I was given a self watering built garden bed. We purchased "topsoil" suitable for growing vegetables and had it delivered. A family member in a different suburb did the same project. Their soil looked like from another planet.beautiful, loamy, fertile. In contrast the quality of the soil from Fulton's was so poor nothing could grow in it. We soil tested it and it proved highly acidic. A terrible waste of money and time and seedlings.

Went on Saturday to buy some crushed Rock and crushed dust for artificial grass layout. Met Michelle, who was extremely helpful and patient. Talked me through amounts I needed and answered all my questions about the best way to prepare the area before laying the turf. I had to call Michelle several times to follow up on questions i had and she was extremely professional and helpful. Even though I did not end up buying from fulton cheltenham I found the experience very pleasant and would highly recommend it.

Sylvia is SUPER helpful, really nice and besides advising me on how to buy at the best price, has a wonderful sense of humor. 5 stars is NOT enough! I have been a client for a couple of years now and every pickup and delivery has been faultless. Highly recommended.

1 meter of dirt, supposed to get here at 11, rang the customer service, they were rude and told me it was next to leave. Got to 12 called them back told me it was on its way. Nearly 1 still waiting. Don’t mind to wait but very disappointed and the customer service lady just not caring and dismissing my concerns.

I'm really happy with both the service and the pricing of mulch from Fulton. Will definitely be using them again.

The kindling bags they sell has stained and painted wood in it. It causes fumes and damage to the wood stove. Irresponsible and should be fined by the EPA.

Their our go to for graded agg, washed sand, general purpose cement and treated pine.all reasonable $. Delivery is also reasonable.

Great reliable supplier. I've been buying black mulch from C. Fulton every year for the past 5 years. They are also the only place i go for to get top soil, sand etc. Great service and always reliable.

We have had great help and advice from Matt at Cheltenham. We are novices with landscaping products and he was able to help with advice and volume calculations for a number of products that helped maximise our garden planning and activity. Thanks Matt! My delivery of a meter of red gum was totally unacceptable. A mountain of dross included for my enjoyment. Shall look for another supplier

On the phone Michelle was courteous and very helpful. I booked for 1.00pm, wood arrived at 1.01pm. Driver Kemal also polite and took pride in stacking wood. This will forever be my go to place for firewood. Great service. Thank you.

I've used these guys a few times. Yard staff are courteous and helpful. However, the 'main man' in the office is gruff, disinterested, and unhelpful - needs a lesson (no, make that a course) in customer relations and inter-personal skill development. This bloke has the charisma of a still-born gnat and should be out in the yard on the end of a shovel - well away from customers!

Says on the internet you're open on Sunday's. Arrived to see you weren't open, called the number to see if it was just a once off. But a pre recorded message says you're not open on Sunday's at all. Thanks heaps
