Very poor customer service. The Lady in the office needs to learn to smile & stop being such a grouch.
My husband has been using Fultons for years but being the other weeks visit was not the 1st time we have had to deal with this rude lady we will be going elsewhere now.
These guys also dont look after Tradies like other places as they do not offer Trade discount

Helpful and good value pricing. We purchased a trailer load of split redgum prior to lockdown. There is a shortage at the moment and we were placed on a waiting list. We received a call and headed down to collect the firewood. It is great quality with an average moisture content of around 15%

The guy there was full of attitude.quoted one price over the phone and when got there, he said the different price.when said the other staff quoted me a different price.all he said well she made a mistake take it if you want it.

Good service, always helpful. Delivery can be slow on the weekends but worth the wait. Much better than surrounding garden supply places. Their website is a little clunky but it does the job. Plenty of parking. Just off eastlink. Would recommend them to anyone

I must say there is a vast improvement over the past year (without Fatman there) however as of late they've decided to not allow buckets of sand to be purchased (supposedly for ohs), however you can purchase bags of sand at a very high price and ohs is fine with that? (Questionable). I have already mentioned to them that I'm not happy with this and I can't see how ohs has anything to do with me shovelling sand into my bucket and how this may influence any liabilities to Fultons. Anyhow. I told you I'll be publicising this and you didn't listen. Oh and by the way, make your cement prices more competitive and I'll buy them from you as opposed to getting it from Bunnings across the road which is $3.00 less per bag. We're all running a business here, every bit of coin helps.
