6 Was once a very loyal customer and would purchase many loads of materials regularly supporting each other locally. I’m not one for reviews but was extremely disappointed in the service today from what I thought was a great relationship.
Pre ordered the delivery a week early to ensure materials would be available for the job told yes yes all ok and made payment.
Then get told on the day there run out of stock and I didn’t receive the delivery until 3hours later from the initial booking on a job that I lost money on having staff waiting around to do there job but the stock never arrived then blowing out the cost of my job.
Leaving me with a loss.
I understand things go wrong but a little gesture of some sort would be the professional and humble thing to do in this situation from the business and yet when I had a polite chat to the manger about it, he wouldn't have a bar of it playing the victim in other words desk with it not my problem!
So for me I won’t use or recommend this establishment for any of my landscape needs or collogues in the industry.
Very disappointed and let down.
I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE FREE DELIVERY but I got charged $80 for delivery even though I changed my order from 3 meters to 8 and bought another 4 addition meters all up 12 meters. $1000 worth. I don't usually do reviews.but in this case I feel very strongly to do so. I like to shop local so I chose to do my business with C Fulton Rosebud.l. I phoned Brendon the manager and expressed myself politely and he said that he can't reimburse me. I thought that you may appreciate the feed back.with that he HUNG up on me. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING! Really BRENDON was TAKING money from me worth it. Such a pitty I tried to give an honest and productive feed back. To only be HUNG up on.very VERY RUDE and disappointing and very unprofessional.
Had some of their compost “Surecrop” delivered today- beautiful product (the worms are going to love it!) and very friendly driver who made sure it was carefully placed on the tarp.
Very helpful and fast service.:) will definitely be a returning customer
I normally buy my concrete from the big guys - Holcim or Hanson. However this time I tried RGS and very happy that I did- Both service and quality of concrete excellent! Definitely my choice for the future!
Ordered a tonne of firewood this week.
Was delivered on time - thumbs up.
BIG THUMBS DOWN the wood was not clean it was full of wet mud, which I no doubt paid for. MOST UNSATISFACTORY and WILL NOT purchase firewood again from this company. Sad for them and me as I had been purchasing firewood from them for a few years.
